Excellent service and staff were delightful. Breakfast was good and had a good selection, even for non-Indians which is nice. The rooms were good. It was a great place to stay and I would go again if needed. Location was perfect, close to most things you can do in Kochi. It was all about the staff though and they truly make your stay there enjoyable.

The only issue we had was the water in the bathrooms kept filling up and not draining enough. But again the staff was happy to come and help out. The pool was nice except when rowdy men turned up and smoking. Not the fault of the hotel per se but just some people are idiots and don't care enough if there are kids around.

We stayed there twice and both rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom is extraordinarily good for local standards. It has a decent gym and pool, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Especially the staff at breakfast is very friendly.

Pool hygiene rules should be enforced more strictly as it is very unsanitary when many guests jump into the water in their outside clothes and without showering. Wifi could be more stable.

Comfort, cleanliness, location and food were excellent. Highly recommended.

They should have some arrangement for Drivers to stay or refreshment during morning time. I would request management Team to look into this.

Room was very clean , housekeeping is doing their job very well, breakfast and dinner buffet is large and well made, i had the best omelet in a long time there made for me on my first day of arrival. Very lovely to finally have a gym and a pool. Hotel was overall very clean and presentable

Could use a new shower head, water spraying every where out from a brown shower head. Gym could be cleaned a bit more, floor was dark and machines could use a little maintenance.

The location of this hotel is excellent! A few steps to Metro station and Eranakulam North Railway station. Professional and helpful staff and keeping a high standard of neatness

Rooms were huge in size for the price paid.

I found a cockroach running in the room, and there were mosquitoes also. I ordered for a drink to the room, a basic gesture is the bar is responsible to provide ice and mixing with the drink, and basic snacks as well, this is the first ever hotel where I had to order for ice, soda and side for a drink.

Nice property, well maintained and at a convenient location. A larger selection of food options in the bar and restaurant would have been good

Maincourse can also be served in the 1st floor bar.

The location is exceptional, next door to Town Hall Metro station. Ernakulam North station is a walk of 3 minutes. Lulu Mall is 10 minutes by Metro. Visitors can walk directly from Edapally station to Lulu Mall. High Court is a drive of 3 km (10 min).

The breakfast fell short of expectations. The omelette was freshly made but still unappetising.
