We took a Family room. 2 single beds for the kids and one large double bed for us. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was Buffet style and it was good. Air conditioning was good, Hot water available. Since we stayed for over a month a Mini fridge in the room could have been perfect but I guess its planned for shorter stays. Made the booking as the pictures showed a small Gym area. But unfortunately, for some reason it was removed, may be maintenance? However, the Pool compensated for this. Reception staff were always available and ready to help. Aphonsa and Nandhana from the restaurant always greeted us with a big smile. Exceptional Service over all.

A great hotel, close to many shops and cafes, and a short walk from a metro station. I loved the spacious and clean room, with a very comfortable bed. There was a good buffet breakfast available every morning, with the option to order eggs, dosas, tea and coffee. I also loved the rooftop swimming pool.

I wish there had been a fridge in the room, so I could keep my drinks cold. The bathroom also smelled of cigarette smoke, which I think was because smoke from a nearby room made its way into our bathroom via the ventilation.

Our stay here was pleasant. Google maps would only show the road which only 2 wheelers could take, so it was a little difficult to find the way. But an alternate route via the main road to the facility is there. Ask the localites or call up the hotel front desk to get clarity on that. They provide their own parking. We were 3 people and we stayed in a double bed room. They provided us with an extra cot and towels. Services were promptly provided on demand. Our stay was breakfast-included and they had some good options that were tasty as well. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Spacious, clean and light rooms just missing 4 star western standard due to the lack of a fridge. Reliable hot water, comfortable beds, Town Hall metro station nearby. Plenty of power sockets, two being conveniently located international adapters (one at the bed, another at the deck. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Over many trips to Kochi this is my best hotel experience by far. I doubt that you could get better value anywhere else in Kochi. This was my third stay at the Sidra and I will be staying again next time. The food menu is limited (see below) but the meals I ordered were tasty and delivered promptly at reasonable prices.

Menu is small and there are limited options for those whose tastebuds and stomachs cannot manage Indian food. When the hotel is catering for a function, a la carte service in the restaurant and room service can be cancelled without notice with only a buffet of Indian food being available - including for breakfast. It really is a shame that the hotel which does so well in every other way falls short in this particular area. Surely it would not be too onerous to always have someone available at breakfast who can fry or scramble eggs and to add to the menu a few Chinese style noodle and Italian pasta dishes prepared authentically without chillies and other spicey hot ingredients. Many other comparable hotels in India manage to do so.

We booked this hotel very last minute after our previous plans changed, partly because of the proximity to the station. The hotel was great, the rooms were a nice size, the check in was smooth and our favourite bit was the pool, which had a good view of Kochi. It was very convenient to get to Fort Kochi from here and convenient to get to the station through public transport as well!

The breakfast looked slightly ransacked at 9am, but they will cook eggs fresh for you and they were restocking some of the items around half 9.

The best shower I've encountered in India, wide and comfortable beds with hotel bedding, clean and fresh towels, and more. Overall, this hotel is great value for money - from the reception and check-in experience, through the rooftop pool to the room and facilities.

Extremely high payment for a child mattress (not something we've encountered before), old air conditioners (the remotes hardly respond), and the absence of a small refrigerator in the room

I stayed with my family and it was excellent. We had a good time staying in the hotel. Rooms are of good size and facilities were good. Breakfasts were excellent , with good service. Staffs were kind and generous. Location was great too. The reception and front areas were kept clean and beautiful 👌🏼

We had a a little hard time finding the hotel at night because there wasn’t enough light or the name board wasn’t big enough to find it at night. The bed sheets were having stains ( washed bedsheets with still stains in it). The wall paper behind the bed was torn a little.

Stayed 2 nights, it was very enjoyable. The staff were great, especially the lady in the restaurant. Food was great and you could order eggs etc for breakfast. Very close to the metro and train station.

There was quite a queue for breakfast on one morning. Maybe a large group were staying Quite a way from Fort Cochin but uber there was only £3-£4.

Staff were very helpful when needed.breakfast was plentyful & location was very good for everything that's needed, very close to a metro line for anyone that needs to get around. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Could do with better pool furniture for those who wish to stay longer by pool! On the whole, though, it was very good!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. A special highlight is the complimentary breakfast—delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to all kinds of public transport like metro, railways, taxi etc. Whether for business or leisure, this is always my top choice!
