Its like a single bedroom apartment with dining table and kitchen facilities ( in the corner of hall ) One big hall with tv and one bedroom and attached washroom. Neat and clean. Very helpful staff. Good privacy. Transpotation facilities are there in front of the hotel itself. There is a good bakery name:" best bakery" in walkable distance itself.for basic needs grocery also there near by itself. All online food delivery sites like swiggy, zomato service are available. If we are planning for a long days stay this will be best option. And for work from room option also this is a good choice.

Hotel has no concerns. Problem is Treebo with false promise of zero payment bookings

Treebo customer service harassed to make pre payment despite booking clearly stating no prepayment. The customer has been fooled to reserve booking with false information.No response on this from Treebo

The entire building got refurbished and looks great with all the amenities

The sink pipe was leaking and I couldn't notice it after continuous usage. So,, I avoided using it. And Noisy fan in the bedroom

I stayed this property before. The one thing noted is after staying in different rooms , all the toilet are not in super condition in all rooms though the staff made a good attempt to keep it in good condition. In our room, the toilet lid were fully yellowish. Other than that, earlier arrangement for tea and coffee has been replaced with machine tea /coffee. The food arrangements ( same upma,idli, bread even after an year :))are limited and indian cuisine. These we havent feel as cons as we enjoyed most of the stay .

The staff, the staff, the staff, the staff! They went out of their way to help me and to make me feel at home. Nothing was a problem for them. I felt like I was staying with my family. Thanks guys for your professionalism and kindness on my firsts trip to India. Simply AMAZING!

1. Affordable 2. Proximity to most of the places north of Ernakulam. 3. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. 4. Web check in process was convenient. 5. Breakfast was good. Not many options, but food was good as if home cooked. 6. Parking available and can park 4 - 5 cars with ease. 7. Calm locality. Surrounded by house and apartments.

1. The access road is a bit narrow and there are chances that u may not be able to find the hotel at the first sight. I wouldn't rate this as a con, as I was able to find the hotel using gmap and go through the road with ease using a hatchback but for a bigger vehicle like a 7 seater SUV or tourister van, the road would be difficult to manoeuvre. .

Breakfast was OK. Very limited items. Boiled eggs/omlette should be provided daily.

There is no provision for lunch/Dinner. There aren't good restaurants nearby. Though the hotel allows supply through swiggy or Zomato, still a provision for simple dinner would be an added advantage.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Very kind staff.

The WiFi connection is very weak, you have to reconnect every now and then. As per the hotel guidelines the cleaning staffs will be available from 11 am to 6pm, so we asked the staff to get our room cleaned around 3 pm but the staff told us the cleaning staffs are already done and they are leaving this happened twice, so we got to clean our room just once during our stay. Minimal toiletries like toothbrush and paste weren't provided as per the description in the booking.com.

The space consisted if two rooms, a living room with couch, table, chairs and sink. The bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Toiletries were provided. It was a very reasonable sized space and no traffic noise. The staff were very nice. I had a couple of issues and they helped me out. Lovely.

The room could have had a fridge, that would be nice. I stayed for a week and in n that time there was no cleaning. I also didn't ask though to be fair.

Everything was well setup.

At some point, there were ants attacking my suitcase. They were not there when I entered the room, so maybe it was an unfortunate incident, as the room was very clean overall.
