Location was excellent near railway station but need to have ample time for traffic congestion. It is in a noisy area but manageable.

The north Indian staff needs a lot of training. They were not helpful. Ordered lime soda which took more than half hour which was not chilled. When we rejected and asked for chilled one it never came so had to cancel the order and buy it locally. Not to arrange taxi for local sight seeing or visit waterfalls, pretty expensive instead arrange yourself.

We stayed at the hotel only for one night, but the experience was very good. The rooms (no dorms) were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Great shower. The location is also very good; our rooms were quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area.

Akil & Mohammed were brillant. They were very friendly & always had a smile on their face. I asked them if they could recommend a tour company & after asking what I wanted to visit they took the initiative to book a Kerala tour for me, which ended up being one of my favourite vacations. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Highly recommended

I did recommend that they offer eggs to guests as an alternative breakfast if the guests didn't feel like having South Indian breakfast everyday.

- Wi-Fi connection wasn't good. We had to switch back to mobile data to get anything done

The ladies dormitories are perfect for a short stay to freshen up, or an extended stay while you explore kochi. It has all the amenities you need to be comfortable, it's nothing like usual dormitories

The room cannot be locked, which presents a bit of security concern, both for persons and properties. The staff assures you it's safe but I was not convinced.

It's basically a hotel with some rooms converted in dorms. No hostel vibes at all, no common area etc. I enjoyed my stay anyway, good location, 5min walk from the metro and the railway station.

The room doesn't lock but I felt safe anyway and didn't worry about my belongings. Could be cleaned more often.

I really liked my stay here. It is very affordable, the rooms are big and clean and it is near a co-working space.

The internet is alright here, but there are moments of the day the wifi goes away or becomes a lot less.

The room is spacious and clean. It has windows. Friendly staff. Good location.

No proper air circulation in room like many other hotels. No smoking area.

A good choice if you need a room for an odd hour departure from the Ernakulam Town railway station. Clean, comfortable, but in a neighborhood you wouldn't want to spend more than a day.
