It was exceptionally a very clean place. No noise of any traffic or ambulance sirens. The staff are always there to help you. We chose the location as it was close to our friends house. For the price it was excellent.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything was done in a breeze right from check in to checkout.

Pleasant stay if you want to stay away from all the tourists in Fort Kochi and don't mind making your own way around the town and exploring. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Breakfast was standard fair for a hotel and it does the job. Nice for a night or two in Kochi at the price.

Not alot of extra facilities to relax in, but besides that, staff where great so no real dislikes.

It was spacious, clean, bed, lighting and overall ambiance good.

Some of the amenities felt limited eg. The in- room coffee and toiletries could have been of better quality.

New establishment, well maintained with modern facilities. Was exactly as the website said. Would definitely use it again.

The location. Very near to metro station and Eateries available. Hotel Samruddhi is just outside the hotel. It offers very good food with reasonable price.

I like all South Indian food. Very new taste for me. This is my first time in Kochi. Very safe place for solo traveller. Hotel is very nice ,safe and clean. Room is very clean and same like in pictures. Staffs are very polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel is good, proximity to various restaurants, attractions and shopping.

Had to ask for hand towels and toilet rolls every time.

Location of the hotel was a bonus, just walking distance to main train station. Staff was friendly, accommodating guest needs and helpful. Also, well staffed to provide all required supports without delay.

Hardly nothing to pick to complain., our stay went smoothly without any dramas. One thing to comment not as a complain, there was a delay in breakfast supply mainly for hot foods.
