Very nice beautiful hotel and close to metro station for touring around the city. As soon I entered the reception I was treated like a VIP, the check-in process was very smooth by the wonderful reception staff. As soon I entered the room, I was so stunned and speechless how beautiful it was, just had a little tear in my eye, it was tears of joy. Excellent tea making facilities, nice fluffy towels, lovely beautiful toiletries with nice aromas, bed was extremely comfortable with a beautiful nice sleep, perfect aircon to keep cool, good choice of TV channels, I was able to iron my clothes with the iron and board that was provided and there is a fine selection of Tea and Coffee that was provided. Breakfast was included and I have to say, this has been the best hotel breakfast I ever had during my 35 years of travelling experience. The breakfast buffet was perfect, there was something for everybody, choice of Indian or my usual western breakfast. The waiter staff were always available for extra request which I ordered freshly cooked omelette. I had one issue with Wi-Fi connection in my room but the IT manager went the extra mile to fixed the problem and resolved it. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and if I come back to Kochi, I will not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making my holiday at Kochi very special and I look forward to return someday.

Spacious room, Good AC and hot water, well behaved staff, neatness. Great location.

Quality of preparation of Breakfast could be improved. Breakfast buffet containers are kept without lids. Should cover the food to avoid mosquitos/flies and also as a general hygiene precaution. Operation of Guest room lighting control panel is bit confusing. In-house restaurant menu seems to be of limited choices.

The accommodation and food were all excellent. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. At the time of booking it was shown that there is a swimming pool in the facility but it was not shown that one has to pay Rs 300 to use the swimming pool. An additional charge of Rs 300 per person was levied for using the swimming pool. and the pool was also very good.
