Excellent hotel. good location with metro transport and Bus facilities nearby. Good food and service. Excellent SPA.

House keeping response could have been better.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. The front desk staff were attentive and made my check-in a breeze. The room I got was clean, comfortable, and bang for the buck. My guests were allowed to park their car at the hotel's premise and, later in the evening, sit down for a drink with me at the cosy pub housed on the first floor. The staff was hospitable and there for every need of mine. I also communicated with them in English and didn't face any hurdles. I'll say it's located at a spot where getting in and out of the neighbourhood is easy.

The overall ambience and staff friendliness was very good.

Breakfast options were very limited and for a stay lasting 4 days, I was quite fed up of eating the same dish over and over. Also during night time, staff response was quite delayed.

One of the rooms was big and the AC was functioning well.

We were allocated 2 rooms. One of the rooms was good but in the other room the AC was not functioning. We got a replacement room but that one was smaller and there was no natural light. On the first day there was a foul smell in the corridors.

We had booked the room one week prior for a stay on new years eve.. But one day prior to our stay, the hotel authorities called us and said that there are no rooms available for the particular dates and asked us to cancel the booking from our side.. When i argued why they are trying to cancel our booking, they had no answer. Later i called them again and this time they said the booking was confirmed.. I think they were trying to sell the room for a higher price as the demand was high.. It was highly irresponsible from their side
