I recently stayed at this place and was thoroughly impressed, especially by the **exceptional cleanliness**. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, catering to all our requests. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant is a must try! The food was so delicious and they even made us things that were not on the menu - as per our request. Its in a very convenient location, close to the hospitals and malls. We will definitely go back here.

Had a wonderful stay! Close to Aster Medcity. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. The property was neat and well-maintained. They even went the extra mile by helping me to call an Uber and making arrangements smoothly. The 24/7 reservation desk was a big plus, ensuring everything was hassle-free at any time of the day. The property itself is very new and worth every penny. Very comfortable and clean property kept very well by the very friendly and attentive staff. The highlight besides the property itself is every one of their staff. Very friendly and polite people always eager to help you out. The best for the buck that you can find in Kochi, specially within a close distance to popular hospitals and landmarks.

The location was good as we required a hotel near the hospital. The room was neat and tidy. The front office staff Mr Dinu was very friendly and polite. If any one wants a good room near Amritha hospital I would really recommend this hotel

General location was okay for my travel and you have parking options. Its a new building so all are in good order. Not very crowded either. The staff was very nice and very supportive.

They dont have a schedule of room service/cleaning unless you specifically tell at reception.

No tissue in the room or the bathroom. Food lacked variety and we were not allowed to order from outside.

The staff was so friendly ,after checking out going to hospital realized that no admission so we checked in again to same hotel .surprising that the hotel up grade us to bigger room size .it really value of money

Every thing is sooo good

The staff are always available, the rooms are very clean, they put on the AC before I entered the room so the room was chilled and very comfortable. They take detailed care. Thank you hotel seven lights and the team I really had a pleasant stay.
