In Lhasa, I learned what real hospitality can mean. How it feels when everyone does as much as possible, and then a little more, to make you happy. The food was amazing. I had no idea that veganism could taste so good. The place is simply magnificent, with direct views of the river and greenery, a lovely pool, and cool therapies. It was hard to leave in order to visit Kochi (which is 50 minutes away, 600 rupees with Uber). The owners helped us in so many ways and followed up to see if we were fine even after we left. This is a small piece of paradise, it is extraordinary in every way.

The hosts make you feel welcome and part of the family. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and the air-conditioning and fans were all effective in keeping the rooms comfortable. The property is situated on the canal and the gardens contain fruits and nuts which the chefs make use of in their kitchen. All the meals we ate were fresh, delicious and reflective of the dietary needs of our group. Guests can also book an Ayurvedic massage. The hosts also own a business that manufactures natural cosmetics and food products. One of my best experiences in 50 years of travel. If only we could have stayed longer. For our last day of our trip we decided to treat ourselves with a beautiful night at Lasha hotel. What lucky we have been to have this opportunity. The location is stunning in the middle of nature with a beautiful swimming pool in front of the river. Rooms are super clean and equipped with everything you need. We had the rejuvenating Ayurveda massage that was way above our expectations with incredible and professional therapists. But the cherry on top was the much appreciated time spent with the two owners, beautiful kindhearted couple. God bless you.

Everything was just perfect

Peaceful, tranquil, great views. Best described as a wellness retreat. Incredibly spacious, clean & modern rooms. Food is amazing, plentiful, freshly cooked vegetarian food. Staff & Owners are so very kind & helpful, the most hospitable couple. The spa facilities are a must try. All the soaps, shampoos etc are made by the owners in their family business and are exemplary.

There is no alcohol or soft drinks or smoking available ( thankfully) . Plenty of filtered water, teas & coffee available.

Dear friends, I have been traveling the world for over 25 years and honestly, this is the best place I have ever been. The founders of the resort are some of the kindest and most positive people I've met, taking care of every detail of our staying there. As Mr. Vijay (Founder) and Mrs. Vijaya ("his boss") said: this is not our business, this is our passion. It's true: they live there with all their heart, and the resort lives with them. If you want to open your heart/soul and get a lot of positive emotions/energy, feel free to book a room in Lhasa. We fell in love with this place, we love these people and will forever keep their care/love/energy in our hearts. P.S. Be sure to ask them to show you their own cosmetics factory. Nothing negative because it's a true paradise. Please keep in mind - this is a place for your body, soul and mind. If you want to party, shop, etc., you'll have to look elsewhere.

The owners are absolutely lovely. Really friendly and welcoming. The pool is just beautiful.

My taxi driver couldn't find it, make sure you use a taxi with a sat nav, my driver didn't even have a smart phone. I used my own google maps but at the end of the lane it tells you that you have arrived - keep going! It is at the end. There wasn't as much to do there as I had expected and very few guests. We did get a yoga session after asking and it was very enjoyable. Couldn't kayak as too dangerous. It is a fast flowing river, not a lake. A cyclone was passing over India so a lot of rain one day.

I was welcomed very warmly, including the hotel manager already getting in touch with me beforehand. The food (lunch, dinner and breakfast) was excellent and in the afternoon I had a massage that was very rejuvenating. The property is right by the riverside, so there were many nice and scenic points to settle in and read a book. I cannot overstate how nice the staff was, very helpful and genuine. I also met the very welcoming owners, who told me many interesting stories about the hotel and the area, including sharing a lot if advice for my continued travels.

This hotel is a little slice of heaven in easy driving distance of Lulu Mall and the Cochin Airport. The hotel is on a river and provides kayaks free of charge to guests. In my less than 48 hours at the hotel I was out on the water three times-both early morning and at sunset. It is paradise if you love nature and birds. After kayaking I jumped into the small, warm and very beautiful pool that overlooks the river. The hotel is so peaceful it is hard to describe but my favorite part of staying there was meeting the owners Vijay and Vijaya. I wish they would write their memoirs-I could not get enough of hearing about them! I am especially grateful to Vijay for taking the time to give me a tour of Holy Llama Natural factory where he makes natural and wonderful cosmetics (they are in your hotel room too!). He is brilliant and fascinating and lovely and his wife is a sweetheart. In this sense it feels like a cross between a homestay and a hotel.

I think there could be more breakfast options and at this pricepoint I would include breakfast. Staff doesn't speak much English but were very helpful.

Very guest oriented place. We felt in the center of the staff universe. Nicely located next to the river where you could do kayaking. Nice very clean swimming pool. Good pure veg food and always freshly cooked. Three meals if you want, otherwise two and afternoons tea. We had joga classes with the owner. Room spacious and clean. Good Ayurveda therapists with various treatments. We felt like rather like being hosted by family then hotel.

If you want to have a nice and relaxing time go to BluSalzz Collection LHASA Resort, you can’t do anything wrong. Very pleasant and caretaking hosts, friendly staff and good meals. Perfectly placed at the riverside (Kanus available), pool and highly recommended Ayurveda treatments. Rooms are spacious, very clean and at high standards.
