The property is well located to easily access the required necessities. Transport is also be well reachable to travel to any destination including the famous tourist spots. Cleanliness is extremely good for both rooms and restaurant, in which the food is worth trying. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.

Despite the rooms being available, an early check-in (not even 30 minutes earlier) was not provided as requested at the time of booking the stay. We were a family with kids. Reason mentioned was that management does not permit to do so. If it is the case, this policy should be revisited for change if possible.

The Reception Staff are very Friendly Supportive and Helpful. The room is Excellent with a very good view and a super big TV with a good channel subscriptions. Room & Washroom very neatly maintained and has a very good water force from the closet / shower. Beautiful Liquid Soap. Excellent AC. Nice Elevator/Lift. Very Good Location opp to Railway Station & Hill View Bus Stand for easy Convenient Commuting. Good Parking plus good Restaurant. Complimentary Water Bottles with Tea Coffee makers. Cushion Bed. Totally EXCELLENT 👌🏽.

The Elevator / Lift from the Basement Parking to the Ground Level of Reception /Elevator Lift Is NOT available. Also there is NO ramp for the Physically Challenged People / Senior Citizens to reach till the Reception Point Elevator/ Lift. Hope my suggestion is taken in the right spirit & Positively for the future Development/ Modification. Best Wishes.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having the shower separate from the toilet so the toilet floor remained dry! The breakfast was also good and had plenty of choice - mostly Indian and with eggs to order.

The water in the shower was not fully hot at all times so we had a few lukewarm showers - not what we expected from somewhere like this. Also there was no laundry facility and the staff at the front desk were not helpful in suggesting anywhere else we could go.

Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had . Absolutely at par with any 5stat hotel. The quality and variety was just outstanding. Staff as well as chef were simply superb.

Honestly, this hotel had been one of the best. Only check in took a bit of time as I was paying in foreign currency. Check in can be made a bit smooth.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We had to catch an early morning train and it was just the perfect place to stay. The hotel was very neat and clean. The balcony rooms were very nice. The food we ordered in room service was also very nice. very convenient stay.

For the price at which we booked the hotel, I don't think I have any complaints.

It was a really comfy stay with good value of money. The restaurant food was very nice and fresh . The rooms were spic and span clean . The staff was very hospitable and helpful . Overall i enjoyed my stay and hotel le roi gave me the comfort i needed after all the work

Maybe they could have kept a pair of slippers that’s it

The hotel looked new and the facilities were immaculate. We loved the room! It was modern and comfortable, with lovely views from the balcony. It had everything you need. We would love to be back!

The quality of food could've been slightly better, but nothing too bad to be upset about.

The behavior of the staff was very good and their rooms were also very good looking and clean, exactly as shown. I would highly recommend this hotel. Now I feel that whenever I come to Dehradun, I will stay in this hotel.

Superb location. Food was great. Clean and modern outlook. Nothing to complaint. Staff was very nice and helpful. The station is 2 min across the road. Though it was not very cold, they have central heating inside lobby and dining area. Dining area decor is amazing.

New construction, clean, bang in front of the railway station. The staff is courteous.

The hotel tries to balance between proving facilities and being a budget hotel. Hence misses a couple of spots on in-room dining etc. They charge beforehand, even though it says “pay at hotel”
