The kids enjoyed the pool which had 3 different water slides at different heights and the water drizzle from the mushroom-side swim play area was fun. The food was good, and the a-la carte menu had good options to choose from, and other amenities were great as well. There were multiple indoor and outdoor sport activities we could do , and rent bicycle to cycle around the property. One of the days had a free pottery session too. Overall we had a great time.

Breakfast had a variety of options. I was confused with the eggs to order counter and thought it would be chargeable. Eventually my confusion was settled by one of the staff member. I was surprised that they didn't charge a single penny for my baby's food and welcomed us with more suggestions

If there would have been a disclaimer near the counter during the breakfast hours my confusion wouldn't have arised at the first place and I would have enjoyed the wide array of breakfast more whole heartedly. Rest everything I found top notch. One thing that I noticed was that the size of the trash can was too small in the washroom and families with toddlers might face a difficult situation while discarding the used diapers. As the size was too small hence there was no space left for discarding other wastes post discarding 2 baby diapers

Excellent staff, very friendly and co-ordial. They gave me a guest relationship number, who made sure all our needs were met. They even arranged a nice birthday cake for us. The staff at the pool and games area (Club house), was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making the stay memorable.

A couple of things. 1) Lunch/Dinner is very expensive- for the spread provided - spread was less. 2) The in-house dining person on the phone, refused to give us glasses if we did not purchase drinks from them - that was a little odd, but was corrected immediately.

Loved the experience this time as well, have been a frequent visitor here and overall good experience as always, just really admire the way the quality being maintained is top notch, right from the way checkin was done , rooms , cleanliness, food, service provided by all the staff has been top notch

We recently had the pleasure of spending couple of days at Clarks Exotica and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true! In fact, it was our second visit to the resort after our daughter was persistent to stay there again. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were greeted with warm smiles and an ambiance of relaxation that instantly melted away all our stress. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and boasted good views making for a comfortable stay. The staff at Clarks exotica, especially Guest relation manager, Athira’s team deserve a special mention. Their genuine hospitality and dedication to making our stay exceptional truly stood out. From the moment we arrived until the day of my departure, their attentive service and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel like royalty. Overall, our stay at Clarks Exotica was a perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and luxury. We shall be returning back soon..

They went an extra mile to make our wedding anniversary memorable by arranging small cake cutting event Customer relationship manager Ms. SAHANA behaviour was very pleasant & gave us homely feeling... Wish all the very best to the staff & management

Jacuzzi taps were old n taps were not working properly

We had an extremely pleasant and happy stay at Clark's Exotica. The reception team gave us a warm welcome and even upgraded our room. We were very well looked after by Koushik, Dimpi, and Prena. The reception team kept checking in with us to see if everything was in order and if we needed anything more - kudos to this! They even made sure our 4 yr old son enjoyed his stay. The ambiance, and the vibe of the resort was just unique. The amenities were nothing like what we have seen with other reports. The pools and water slides are pretty big. The children's play area was so welcomed by our son. The indoor games facilities were top-notch too. The entire property is so well managed that in spite of it being acres and acres of land it is super clean. Last but not the least - the food spread be it buffet or ala carte, was delicious! We enjoyed every meal! Its been a while since we had such an experience where everything surpassed our expectations - we will definitely be going back for another vacation soon!

All staff were so kinds. It was our kid’s birthday, they have prepared birthday cake. Here is quiet and calm place. Swimming pool is wonderful for kids. We could eat foods around swimming pool. And all foods are good as well.

The location was Nature's Paradise. Worth for a break from the daily routines. Staff were courteous. Great Ambience Calm and quiet. You have all recreational facilities for enjoyment. Well maintained.

A buggy for Senior citizens could have been placed as otherwise they need to walk or go in a wheel chair on the rough Ground.

We stayed at Clarks Exotica on our final night in India so that we'd be close to the airport. We were exhausted from our trip so didn't take advantage of any of the cool amenities, but the rooms were spacious, clean and perfect for relaxing.
