Not at all Cleanses

Only d location was great bt lift was not working after 5.30 pm

Cleanliness n toilet assesories not available.comot was dirty n water taps not ok .

No restaurant inside ..so we arranged ourselves

Premises was not maintained...Almirahs were unusable partly ..Western comods were not very clean

Room & service is ok but not good because Ac not working condition bed not comfortable no towel cleaning average

When power cut it will take 30min to on the generator in between you stay in complete dark room

Only the location of the hotel is advantageous, if you are traveling by train. Staffs were polire and courteous.

While making a booking, it mentioned breakfast included in the hptel charge. Once we reached there, it was denied. The room was shabby such that cockroaches and insects were having their picnic. Bathroom and facilities like blankets, slippers, glass to drink water etc., were unhygienic. I am sure the bedsheets and blankets have never been dry cleaned.

They didn't allow us to stay .. said u have no booking with us and there is no such site we accept booking . And didn't gave any accommodation.

All over it was very bad experience. No facilities provided bathroom was too dirty and smelling even badsheets and blankets were too dirty ac didn't worked good as well

In booking.com they have mentioned free onsite parking. In reality they do not have a parking facility at all. So they lied.
