The team was warm and friendly. The good was delicious and well prepared. The ambience was fantastic and peaceful. Being away from the hustle bustle of the town it was a quiet abode. A special mention for the team. Security: Aniruddh welcomed us and promptly carried the bags. Reception: Jyoti, Rajani, Subhanee, Guduli, Anusha and Annshka quickly answered all our queries, were quick and efficient during the check-in and check-out process. F&B: Badal was helpful and courteous ensuring our meals were served hot and fresh. Housekeeping and facility: Masoom and Pritesh ensured the towels and toiletries were replenished regularly.

There was no complimentary breakfast included in my stay. So we went to the hotel to find out about breakfast, but it turned out to be very expensive. Rs. 350 to Rs. 400 for breakfast per person So we had breakfast outside the Ginger Hotel, i.e., Hotel Gokul. Even the food at Indian Spices Restaurant was good.

Location-wise, the hotel was too far from Dwarka. Cabs and autos were very expensive for commuting. Even Ginger hotel charges were very high as compared to hotels in Dwarka. We were not aware of the fitness center. We spent the whole day in the hotel and could have tried the facility.

All staff was very helpful and room was same as pics. The food in restaurant was also tasty and budget friendly.

It’s far from city. They should arrange or tie-up with some taxi services or auto services which help tourist. If you try to hire taxi by your own, taxi drivers will charge big amount by saying that it’s far from city.

Ambience, cleanliness and food was very good

Location is far from temple and city.. local auto charges 500/- per trip (to and fro for just 7km one way) so one should have own vehicle. Hotel should tie up with local transport to have economical local transportation. Also hotel staff could not help about local sight seeing options. They just give local tour operators’ nos.

Very Friendly staff at the reception and hotel in general.

The food is over priced and so we did not have dinner or breakfast there.Many options available outside.The location is on the highway and it is convenient if you have your vehicle.

The stay was good and comfortable. Staff were also helpful.

Apart from stay I booked cab from hotel for 1 day which went miserable. They gave worst condition cabs and changed the cars 3 times in single day as they stopped working. Which I hated the most.

Room facilities and services

Salt water in taps. Water treatment plant shud be arranged to ensure Norma water for bathing and other usages of water People are preferring less bouncy beds nowadays to keep straight while lying down. Back support mattresses should be pondered upon

Clean comfortable and the staff in reception and the restaurant were great , especially Ashtosh who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable , a great representative of this hotel

A little far from the city

Ginger provides luxury experience at affordable price.. staff is the best and helpful.. I forgot my handbag in hotel.. they help to courier at our home.. Food is good with plenty of option
