This is one of the best hotels in Dwarka. The facilities are top-notch, and the highlight is the large swimming pool which adds a great touch to the stay. The buffet and breakfast were excellent with a wide variety of tasty options. The staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had an amazing experience during our visit to Dwarka and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip here.

Buggy services wait time and Water entering the villa during rains is an area of improvement.

Really beautiful resort. We stayed in the family suite. Beautiful outdoor space and ambience. Everyone is super accommodating and service is excellent. We also loved the food that was served in the restaurant. For my fellow wheelchair humans- there is a ramp to get into reception and there is a buggy that can take you to and from your room. There is no lift but most rooms and villas are on ground floor so that is not much of an issue. Getting into the villa there are a few steps, although I did notice a villa had a ramp to get in, so maybe ask for that suite especially. Lastly the bathroom has hand rails which is helpful and the wheelchair fits in through the bathroom door easily. Only caveat was the lack of a shower chair, which would have helped us greatly.

Most of the Staff not well trained, Very Slow Check-in process, Very Late delivery of Luggage to our rooms (45Mins to 1 Hour) inspite of calling the Reception couple of times & finally visiting the Reception to know why luggages have still not come to room, In-Room dining prices are Ridiculously expensive, Poor service of Staff and not good attitude over in-room dining Call.

The warmth and smile of all the staff's. Kusum took us to our room. The restaurant staff during the breakfast were all very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to the girl from Manipur serving hot tea, Adil from Kashmir, and Chef Devidas.

Too small thing, the checkin process could have been faster, and during arrival there was no one to help with the luggage. Little disappointing, I am sure this will be taken care in the future.

Good restaurant, good outdoors, good bed

Fountain in the hotel entrance is broken and looks abandoned which gives a bad first impression, service and restaurant extremely slow, staff in gym and game area very unfriendly, sofas in lobby need serious cleaning, restaurant too cold, chairs in restaurant are mostly dirty. The whole hotel needs a little refurbish/ maintenance and personnel needs to do things a little faster ( when you order a sandwich-toast takes 20’)

Area location and facilities inside room are too good. Food quality and food delivery is good. Breakfast also good. Overall Villa area experience was better. Good ev rides facilities in inner area.

Check in process is very slow and time wasting. We need to wait one hour after check in time. Check out and payment process is very slow. There is lack of staff persons in reception area. Room allotment process is too slow.

While the stay was enjoyable, a few areas could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow, and need to wait for the buggy for internal transport sometime.

Very clean and beautiful place. Staff is also trained. They were helpful and friendly.

Buggy takes forever to come. Most of the times one of the buggy is not working, that's the excuse they gave. Executive rooms are on 1st floor also, and there is no lift, so it might become difficult for senior citizens. This information is not conveyed in advance while booking.

Cooperative staff especially Bhavna who was very kind and supportive for booking amendments.
