The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was ok but not excellent as there were stains on bedsheets and walls. The view from balcony was very nice. Very peaceful stay. Would recommend for sure. The staff were very friendly, cooperative and helpful. Definitely will visit again

There are no shops nearby so a bit tricky if you don't have your own vehicle but the staff is always ready to help if anything needed

The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Milan, the manger, was extremely cordial and even ran for a packet of snacks for me for a long distance when I mentioned I was hungry. The chef and the helpers were also very accommodating. Highly recommended.

The only con is the unavailability of lunch and there are no options nearby. But if you ask the staff, they go out of their way to arrange something.

The property is located in a beautiful area with the view of the mountains and there is a view point right next to it. You get a great view of even the waterfall from there! The staffs Milan, Nikhil and the cook are super polite and friendly. They give you great travel plans and contacts. They make sure you're comfortable and are available all the time. The food is super affordable and DELICIOUS, they made us traditional kerala food and fish barbecues too! Clean rooms and bathrooms, a small geyser, plus the smart tv has wifi already connected to it, which is a small but important detail that saved time and made the stay more home-like! Must try stay I'd say for families, couples and friends!

Oy con is that the property is a little far from town. It's a 30 min walk from the town, but the way has ups and downs so it'll get tiring, especially with luggage, not possible. So you gotta find an auto from the bus stop or Vagamon town.

The biggest plus for this property is the support staff. Milan was co odinating with us from the time we started from Varkala and got excellent support from.him.Even before we ask, it was given to us. Very cordial people. The Christmas set up was very colorful and nicely decked up .The offroad trip is masti and thrilling.Never miss it.

My kid is 7 year old and she loved the Christmas set up but she wanted a play area like swing, slide a small garden which would help kiddos to spend time together.

The best thing of the hotel is the view from the balcony, plus the balcony was very spacious. Very friendly staff members (Milan). They provide us with all requirements in less than 3 min after calling them up. Foods were amazing esp they omelet.. Very quite place...

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.
