My stay at Mist Residency with my family was pleasant and comfortable. Its serene location, staff and proximity to major tourist attractions are an added advantage. The behavior of the staff in the front office and room service are above par. A perfect property to spend your holidays.

Super friendly staff, they helped me arrange a car and driver to explore the Idukki area, and to order food delivery. Very clean rooms with lovely countryside views.

I can see a lack of coordination in taking bookings, but it was not the problem with the staff or the hotel.

It's reasonably good enough for a short trip. Very close to the town.

More amenities are expected at this rate.
