The entire staff is extremely hospitable and cooperative. The only issue we had was that we needed to walk to the next building and climb stairs to the fourth floor for breakfast. When I inquired about the possibility of having breakfast delivered to our room, they enthusiastically and happily agreed. When we ask for assistance, they will arrive at our doorstep within a few minutes.

Kindly ensure that the rooms are smoke-free. We, as a couple who travel the world, have discovered that only a small number of hotels worldwide permit smoking in their premises. A small group of people smoking right in front of our door is bringing in the disgusting odour in our room.

Location. It was very easy to navigate using GPS Staff. They are proactive, helpful and will go out of way to ensure your comfort Perfect hot and cold water Breakfast. We loved it.

Please start a in- house dinner service or put a induction / microwave in the kitchen as there are no eateries around and one has to either order in time from a restaurant or needs to pack their food while returning from sightseeing. But in both the cases, the food gets cold at the time of dinner, so a in-house service or a reheating service will solve this problem

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food service were excellent and we want to specifically thank Joy and his wife the care taker of the place who where kind to bring us home made food( puttu). The room service was great and would bring whatever we asked for even at the busy times. We had a two year old and Joy took exceptional care in ensuring 2yr old had milk at weird time of time. It’s very close to all the facilities and also we quite for relaxing. We highly recommend this place and we will be returning for sure.

Stayed for 2 days in 2 bedroom appartment. Big rooms, clean, good beakfast, Serve breakfast in room, worth for the price. Thanks for the fabulous stay. They treat guests so well. Thanks..

We booked apartments, they were impeccable and clean. The care takers were very helpful, they even helped us put the luggage in our apartments. The food provided we delicious and sufficient. The rooms were very clean and nice. The toilets were great. The surroundings were nice and calm. I would book it again if needed.

The hotel is some 8 kms away from the town center, but it takes just 1p minutes by car.

The property its really convenient, near every where, It’s in the town , Property it’s Clean and staff so kind We are very happy with the breakfast so yummy They give us, idili and sambar, potato curry with puri For kids there’s bread with jam as well 🙏

Breakfast was good, served Keralite breakfast on both days of our stay at the hotel. The staff checked our preferred options and served them at room. The apartment had separate dining area.

Reception and room services closes by 10:30 / 11:00pm. But, they stays there if we inform in advance of the late check in.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast served to your room. Had a nice family environment. Not air-conditioned but Thekkady is cold, so the fan was sufficient. Great hospitality. Recommend 👍🏻👍🏻
