The staff make this hotel a pleasant and comfortable stay. All smiles, eager to assist, and knowledgable, from the front desk, restaurant, all the way to housekeeping. There are too many names to mention but here are a few that I maanged to note down: Restaurant Aman and Deepak Front desk + drivers Ravendra Rudra - excellent knowledge and advice Preeti Aman House keeping Sathi - highstandard of cleanliness and attentiin to detail The hotel facilities are excellent, as you would expect from Radisson. The food at their restaurant is excellent. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also had the a'la'carte options on both night thats we had dinner. Serving tasty italian, indian, and chinese cuisine, we were spoiled for choice and never once fell sick. Will be back when I visit Ayodhya again

The lifts are too small for the size of building and number of guests at this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and greatly appreciated. However, the dining area is quite small, which often results in guests having to wait for a table. Expanding the space or improving seating capacity would enhance the overall dining experience.

The lobby should be more spacious and equipped with additional seating arrangements. Currently, when there are many guests, some are left standing due to limited seating. Additionally, the temperature inside the lobby tends to be high, which affects overall comfort. Enhancing both the space and climate control would significantly improve the guest experience

Our experience at Park Inn by Radisson Ayodhya was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — the staff were welcoming, courteous, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made us feel valued as guests. Rashmi/Preeti/lav/Aman/pritam/rupali/Yogesh... Exceptional The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. Every meal reflected the care and quality you’d expect from a top-tier hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Park Inn by Radisson. The location was very convenient—just a 5-minute drive from the main railway station- Ayodhya Cant. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful, handling all our requests with genuine hospitality and care. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. A special shout-out to Aman, Preeti & Yogesh at the reception desk and Abhishek at the restaurant for their outstanding service. We would love to visit again in the future!

Nice helping staff everywhere and good food quality and taste . Beds are comfortable and bed sheets are clean . Sufficient parking space and good location .

Room tariff is high for Ayodhya city . Food also bit expensive for buffet or Ala carte both . Conservative on keeping toiletries , tea and coffee sachets and tissue papers etc.. in the room Toilet seats and towels could have been little better for the tariff they charge .

Breakfast was a little tired but reasonable but not of 4* standard that I would have expected in India

Overall OK but I was stung at the end at checkout as I was charged taxes and charges which were clearly included in my total costs for the hotel on booking and clearly stated on my booking form. When I have queried this with the hotel directly they have refused to refund the monies as they have listed this as a 'technical error', which should not be my concern I request an urgent refund for 7452 rupees. It is disingenuous that the hotel is not responding to my requests and this should be taken into account on checking in and out. Be careful with this hotel

Hotel seems new, well maintained, clean rooms, good food, reasonably priced. Staff friendly and serve well.

Location not great - neither near the temple nor near the airport & train station. They are not far though - about 15-20 minutes away. No activities & places near the hotel. Not much facilities in the hotel. Lobby is small, people don’t have sufficient space to sit also during checkin. Restaurant also small, seems to fill up quickly.

Great service by Jovanpreet. Despite the reception counter only having one person to look after, or max 2, how she manages to still smile and give good service is amazing, well done for her amazing service level! Lady at lunch time and dinner time at 1st floor restaurant also amazing (she did not give her name), barely 3 months working but her way she serves customers and manages the restaurant floor is like a 'pro', definitely deserves a promotion, really 5 star service.

The service guy could not differentiate between the mini bar/fridge working or not. He claimed it was fine when clearly it was not abd we had to force him to change and bring a new one which then worked fine. They should be bit more professional and not brush off any concerns raised by guests without investigation

Mind-blowing property. Only one branded property in Ayodhya. We always prefer Radisson and great thing Ayodhya have One. Room was spacious and view was good (can't expect much in city ) Everything was soo amazing. Preeti/Aman doing great work in Recent desk. Also Security person helped with luggages that is beyond there services.
