I really enjoyed my stay here! My absolute favorite thing about the property was the gym. It was super well-equipped and open 24/7, which was perfect for keeping up with workouts on my own schedule. The breakfast spread was another highlight, with lots of tasty options to choose from. I also tried room service a couple of times, and everything I ordered was delicious. The room itself was great...comfy bed, strong shower with plenty of hot water, and all the little touches that make a stay feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

The only small downside was the pool area. The few loungers available were already taken, so I didn't stay long. I think having more loungers would really improve the experience for guests who want to relax by the pool

The Leela property at Gandhinagar is one of the finest in terms of accessibility to Bombay with the Vande Bharat train reaching there right below the hotel / and In terms of grandeur and luxury that one has to truly experience to believe and the awesome food and hospitality that begins right from the front desk to the F& B team and the service team that truly makes the entire stay at this gem a wonderful experience and keeps wanting one to go back for more . A big shout out & Thankyou to the front desk team Mr.Ankit ,Mr.Sirsendu & Mr Satyendra and a big big Thankyou and round of applause for the awesome F & B team Mr. Sagar /Krishna / Mr Rajiv / Bhoopatti/Sagrika/Ajay/ and the dynamic chef Kinjal & chef Jintreda 😊 The chefs did an outstanding job with the taste look and layout of the food that was none less than a artistes creation , truly wonderful

Nothing that is not to be liked

The location, the facade, the view from the window, the entire setup, and the staff. Ms. Prashansha's and Ms. Khushi's customer service was excellent. Also, the toiletries quality was very very Good.

The evening cultural show was too loud and made conversations in the coffee house impossible. one male staff member (whose name I don't know) in the morning during the breakfast was annoying continually and had np respect for the guest's privacy and peace of mind one expects from breakfast t9ime at a location like leela gandhinagar.

So I landed and was down with 102 fever and they accomodated me with early check in. Once teh duty manager and teh team found out I was really sick they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable. Priya was super helpful like super helpful. She evn packed my bags for me as I was feeling dizzy while moving. They sent someone to the airport also to amke sure I was comfortable. It was beyond amazing an unpleasant situtation became memorable. Ankit Priya and Piyush deserve recognition for their understanding.

I think they set a new standard in the realm of hospitality. There is nothing bad for me to say.

The ambiance is superb inside the hotel. Good is excellent. Order anything they serve the best food there

I didn't like the pool as it is placed wrongly in the hotel. The sun hits the pool directly almost the whole day. Very difficult to be in the pool. Also one staff at the check in time asked for payment which was already made. She should have checked her system before asking. Despite me booking a garden view room she put me in a different room. After asking she said that I have booked this room and not garden view. As I was tired entered the room got fresh and check my booking.com app it clearly says garden view. Then contacted the reception and they shifted me to the garden view room.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Ms. Nandani, Ishika and Nidhi at reception were extremely polite and arranged everything nicely. Also, Sagar ji and Bhoopati ji from the restaurant were attentive and gave us great service.

Quite and calm. Incredibly helpful and kind staff, who remembered our names and greeted us like family!

Had to come and go by car, no pedestrian access. Otherwise, everything was exceptional.

I like the ambious, the vibes of staying, pool activity, food, staff behaviour all is just awesome.. I feel so good We are planning to go out of city but on immediate planning it was not possible so I founded The Leela in booking.com and booked it, we feel so good there and now we feel we don't want to go out of station for peace or family time, just book our stay in Leela and have wonderful experience...

The wonderful staff from the security to the concierge to the reception (Palzar for me stands out), the house keeping to the restaurants. The layout of the hotel is amazing, it is above a railway station. The decor and ladscaping is wonderful, the ambience is just perfect. It was a wonderful experience and I will visit again soon
