The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The service from the staff is prompt. Found it to be one of the better hotels in Navrangpura area which is close to many tourist attractions.

Some of the staff members were not very polite. The restaurant took a long time to fulfil orders.

Very nice property, neat and clean easy to reach. All staff are polite and helpful they provide me room upgrade as a complementary. Breakfast is also good and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay for corporate and family stay.

Staff was polite and professional. Love the room service people especially. The design of windows was also nice and made the room more comfortable.

The wifi was not strong enough to be received at every corner of the room. Only some specific spots could work. The hot water was unstable. Most of the time it was not hot enough.

We checked out at 7 am in the morning of 17 july.The staff that was in the morning duty for breakfast had a very bad behaviour,misbehaved by saying that he is alone so he cannot serve.To me that is his organization's problem not the guest who have to board the plane by 8 25 am

The room lock was not working and every time I had to bring someone from the reception to open the room with the master lock. this happened for 3 nights I stayed and they didn’t rectify the issue inspite of reminders and requests.

Location is phenomenal, staff is good, the rooms are comfortable

Amenities like plumbing, etc., need to be updated, as everything was excellent pre-COVID, and now slight wear & tear has set in.

Hotel maintenance and cleanliness is very appreciative. Room is small but very convenient and cosy. The Toilet is clean and well managed. Food is fabulous and cost effective. The hotel is very convenient for students travelling/solo travellers.
