Central Hill Resort is worth staying. Great location, market is just at walking distance. The restaurant was too good, provided very good breakfast and dinner. Rooms are good in size and cleanliness. Staff is well behaved. Me and my family stayed there for four nights and we had sweet experience.

In our smaller room TV was not there and washroom was small in size. otherwise it was too good.

It’s a good hotel, well maintained and great value for money. Location is very convenient, all the taxi person knows this hotel. Rooms were good and staff was cooperative.

The location was very good close to MG Mar. Breakfast was good. The ambience was interesting, colorful Tibetan architecture everywhere. Staff was very co-operative and friendly. Rooms were modern with elevator in the hotel.

Bad smell in the room improve it cloths are changed bed sheet etc

Location is good but the facilities in hotel, its upkeep are disappointing. I am told the owner is not at location and all decision are from remote and service suffers.

We were given broken extra cot. The linen was old and soiled, had to force the change. The next two days there was no water supply and the staff was too good in offering cock and bull stories but no water. A visit to kitchen revealed unhygienic conditions.

Most of the details mentioned in the description are wrong. We don’t have a mountain view at all, they said Terrace View but the terrace is always closed. No one responds to the numbers mentioned in the description. The hotel team here can only help us only with Checkin & Checkout. The so called complimentary Breakfast has no spread at all. Hardly we will have 2 at max 3 items which are also not at all hot. Tea & Coffee are also cold itself. Drinking Water is also not available in the room. TV is given but it doesn’t work.
