Tasty Food – A delicious breakfast buffet or on-site dining can be a highlight. 6. Peace and Quiet – A relaxing atmosphere with good soundproofing adds to the comfort. 7. Cleanliness – A spotless room and well-kept common areas make the stay pleasant.

Not specific all the things are good

- Spacious and clean rooms. - Welcoming and helpful staff. - Excellent food, both taste and quality.

- Extravagant prices for food. - Road to MG Marg includes quite a few stairs, which makes commute difficult for old people. Taxi is an alternate option.

The hotel looks kind of dismal from the outside and there is still some construction work going on within the premises. But the moment I entered my booked double family room ( 2 common bedrooms) , my initial worries were put at ease. This is probably the best hotel room I have ever been at within the price bracket. Our room (booked through booking.com) had a balcony view from which I could directly see Mt. Kanchenjunga. The breakfast quality is good.

The breakfast is complementary however it takes quite some time for them to set everything up by morning at the dining hall. The room service menu which is just about serviceable and really not worth the expense. However, the MG Mall marketing area is just 7 mins away by foot so you can just go have lunch/dinner at the market. One thing to note is that this path to the market from the hotel is through a set of very rough set of steps which are not well maintained and it is not well lit. So older guests with walking issues will not be able to avail this quick detour to the market.

The staff is extremely courteous and the location is beautiful.

I think it’s time to upgrade your property a bit. For such a beautiful place - I think you deserve to also show off modern amenities.

We loved everything about the hotel. However the best thing was the view from the Balcony was Exceptional!! It was Amazing! The food was very delicious and the staffs were very helpful and always with a smiling and helpful attitude which was really great to find in a hotel! Kudos to the team of summit!! We will definately come back here whenever we visit Gangtok!!

The breakfast options were few but it's manageable!! There's nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. We loved it there!! We are gonna miss our room with balcony and an amazing view like anything! We will come back again for sure 😃

Breakfast buffet was good, though not included in our particular room; the price was good. Cleanliness was great, and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

The property should highlight the fact that their spa, which is in the name, is currently being refurbished. It didn't particularly affect us, but the spa was a contributing factor to staying there.

We never imagined the room the way it was, excellent. The staff were very friendly, smiling and cooperative. Phurmit Lepcha was resourceful, hands on person who helped a lot.

The shower pane was chipped and water flowed as one bathed. The 5 minute path to MG Road was steep. But that's my issue.

the location of the hotel is superb .the hotel has its own way inside itself to Mg marg .the walking distance through the hotel to mg marg is only 2mins . the food is costly .you can carry outside food which is cheaper and you will get more options .The taste of the hotel’s food is not bad .I can say it is average .for example -one plate of rice which costs 200 bucks .

the cleanliness was not up to the mark .I had booked a family room with a balcony .The view from balcony was not good .Apart from this ,The balcony was not satisfactory cleaned.Though I couldn’t use the balcony due to heavy rain still I would like to have a clean balcony as I paid for this .

The rooms at Summit TTakshang are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Impeccable service from friendly, attentive staff made my stay unforgettable.

Stay was good and value for money as compare to other place. Staff and their service was all good. Happy to recommend
