Staff at front desk and restaurant are very cordial and helpful . Food was tasty .Breakfast options were good .Krishna from front desk was very helpful in arranging taxi for site seeing . Ambience of the hotel is extremely good with beautiful view

Approach road the hotel is little narrow . Also there is noise from restaurant till 10pm to the rooms which are located adjacent to restaurant. I found it difficult to sleep due to noise from the restaurant. There are no fans or ac in the room .I think provision should be given .It's up to the customers to use or not .

I along with my family stayed shreego from 8 to 10 March. Stay was very comfortable. Staff was very good and helpfull during checkin they provided welcome drink. Ambiance of the hotel was amazing along with mesmerizing view from the rooftop. Hotel was very neat and clean. 24 hr hot water facility. Food was very tasty. We are vegetarian and all the food was yummy specially breakfast. I would love to come again.

Location is bit far from MG road. It used to cost a lot to reach hotel specially in late night

Very professional fast check in process. All the staffs are friendly in nature and explained politely all our questions. Good room with very clean bathroom. A hot water provided through out the day in the bathroom. A beautiful terrace view is beautiful from there. Morning buffet breakfast is good. Cut fruit, boiled egg, bread toast, stuffed porota followed with hot beverages. Yummy. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant which has wide range of items both veg and non vegetarian. Overall a clean hotel which satisfies all the guests.

At a point during my stay at shri go hotel ,there was a group of people who were staying in the room just opposite to my room they were making a lot of noise at 12 in the night and when I opened my room's door one that group member tried to check into my room . That was something which make me feel uncomfortable during my stay at Shee go apart from that everything was greate.

Any hotel in my view is judged by the behavior, response and execution. The staff behviour and response was excellent. However both become inadequate or useless if execution is not of same standard. Here I found a high degree of match. Thanks to the staff and management of the hotel for making my stay comfortable.

Stay was not long enough to find the hidden inequacies

The hospitality was amazing. All the staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable, especially the support staff Mr. Sujon . The special candle light dinner arranged on our request for our marriage anniversary by the Operations Manager Mr. Sanjit Roy was the icing on the cake. Food by Chef Prabin was delightful and homely. All the reception staff were helpful and attended to our requests whenever needed. Overall we strongly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

Amenities in the deluxe room could be further enhanced especially the toileteries.

Staff behaviour. Spacious room. We took a valley view room which has a beautiful view of the sunrise. The property is new and is well equipped with modern amenities.

During our stay we had to face power cuts. The hotel staff informed us that due to some ongoing government projects, power cuts are happening at night. Another downside is that it is quite far from the mall. Getting a taxi at night becomes difficult.
