The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The beds and pillows were probably the best I have ever slept in during a hotel stay. The room size was generous. It was very good value for the quality of hotel, and was an oasis of calm in the craziness of Delhi! A very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting the city.

The cleanliness probably wasn't what you would expect by international standards. But in comparison with other places in Delhi it was great.

Limited choice of foods at cafeteria except weekend, cleanliness (a cockroach was trapped by housekeeping staffs from our room entrance). Also as part of CSR activity, should try to uplift the lifestyle of the slumdwellers around. from our room, there was a view of the entire slum which was very heartbreaking (especially condition of the little kids there).

The staff were amazing. It makes such a big impact on your holiday experience when you deal with friendly hotel staff. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu Kaushambi staff, from reception to security, you were all amazing.

The location is about 15km from the Connaught place which takes about 30min. Up to an hour in Delhi peak traffic. If you are not planning frequent visits to the center then this location is good.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is a little far from the airport & it took longer to get to Old Delhi for tours than I expected, however, the room was very nice, very clean, and lots of hot water immediately. As a woman with adult kids, I would not have felt comfortable walking in the surrounding neighborhood without a guide, but we saw many locals walking to special occasions nearby.

Location. The Kabab restaurant only had 1 price for a large meal which was more than we could eat. The price was reasonable regardless by American standards.

the swimming pool area...Need to cover it from the side of office area....the open side is tempering your guests privacy...outsiders were staring ...it was very annoying....

Overall good stay with friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of food options. Expensive, but there are discount deals with Swiggy and Zomato which make them great. The in-house craft beer is great.

The Wi-Fi was poor and connections kept dropping. Speeds were really low. Many fixtures need an upgrade - the rooms look a bit tired. Repair and Maintenance needs to be better.

The room interiors were really nice. The food was really good. The staff was very warm and welcoming. hospitality standards were excellent . Overall a very satisfying stay.

Pool area needs to be maintained. I could not use the pool as there was no changing room available at poollocation.

Wanted to find a hotel in Delhi to relax with a nicer room than where I had been staying in the heart of the city. This hotel was that. The staff were very friendly and ugraded the room. We had dinner at the brewery bar place which was pretty decent.

Not the hotels fault but the surrounding area is rather dull. There isn't much to do around. No where to eat for example and not very pleasant to walk around either.

The entire team was helpful, especially Anamika who was exceptionally kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable.

Someone was ringing the door in the middle of night. Maybe night walk arounds in the building should be done more often.

They upgraded us to business room I like the staff they were friendly and helpful I like the food The internet is good I had the bath door broken in the first day and I didn’t told them but next day they fixed it when they saw the issue
