It was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the quick service, cleanliness, view & amenities. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I felt well taken care of. Thank you for the hospitality. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

Room was very vibrant, spacious and kid friendly, with a big window, lots of natural light and a good view. Cleanliness was good. Food was very good too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location by itself if pretty good. But if you are a tourist and want to see places like India Gate, Raj Ghat, etc, you will have to travel a bit. Akshardham is very near by. But connectivity and roads are very good, so it is not a big deal.

Front office manager - Amit was exceptional in doing his job along with duty manager Kingsley. All staffs are really humber and was fabulous. Love to visit this place again and again. Must say security staff during day shift was very welcoming as well.

I observed slow service, which can be improved. Valet parking should be available like in other hotels, and door locks need improvement in the bathrooms only. However, these things don't matter because my wife and I had a nice experience.

We loved our well appointed room and the whole hotel. We were nearly here for a month due to ending up in hospital. All the staff from reception right through to dinning were all so humble so caring so respectful nothing was a problem. The food was great. Multiple options given. Great beds great showers great service in every avenue.

Wonderful hospital staff at the reception and the restaurant. The were accommodating and made every effort to satisfy my needs. I enjoyed chatting with staff in the restaurant as their service was par excellence.

food was good eventhough highly priced. breakfast was well spread. pillows, bed were comfortable. mini bar was having variety. room was clean and of reasonable size. requests were attended quickly.

location and food price

The thing I liked the most were the Staff. They were unbelievably supportive. Very professional, very well behaved, and understanding. Huge shoutout to Renjith Abraham, if you need support at this hotel, do look for him, he does everything possible to help. Gave us very good suggestions too. The service and housekeeping staff were also responsive, no matter the time, and were very helpful. Staff wise, this is one of the best experiences we have had. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, clean, and hygienic. The buffet breakfast is decent.

The location is disastrous as it is almost at the end of Delhi. Almost no shops or restaurants around. Closest mall has to be commuted to by a cab (uber/ ola/ taxi), and everytime you want to go to central you will have to book a cab. The exterior of the building is under renovation, however, there is no noise or disturbance in the rooms. The terrace area is not as shown in the picture and neither is the pool. It is rather a small plunge pool.

Poor room service Called for Iron at 7.30 am but no one has come even at 8 am Again the next day almost the same waiting time for toiletries The size of the rooms were very cozy

I liked the attitude of Mr.Shivam who helped with a faster checkin while they had a large group from Australia, while all other staff was busy handling the group.
