First time Goa and found out it’s not the most exciting place. Unless you’re into clubbing. This hotel made my stay into a wonderful time. +/+ Rooms not big but comfortable with nice balcony. The whole place is spotless. They create an experience with nice little things Great pool which is like going into a warm bath. All day music. At nighttime a DJ which created a nice vibe Excellent food in restaurant. Indian as well as western. Loved the club sandwich All staff amazingly friendly. But Jenny from guest relations made it extra special 5-10 mins walk from Baga beach. Sunbeds are free as long as you order a drink. Great waves. -/- A few minor things. Breakfast gets crowded and a la carte orders take time Just too much staff. They all want to do their best but everytime ‘ everthing ok’ is sometimes tiring

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. I’ve never felt so genuinely welcomed and cared for. From the front desk to the café and housekeeping, every single person treated me like I was the most important guest in the building—warm, attentive, and full of personality. It wasn’t just service; it was connection. They remembered my name, checked in often to see if I needed anything, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and valued. Even with all its creative flair and fun energy, the hotel still delivered real comfort and quality. And for the price? It felt like I had stumbled onto a secret—an experience that far exceeded what I paid for. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a full-on vibe. If you’re looking for a place that’s stylish but unpretentious, full of character, and staffed by some of the kindest, most thoughtful people you’ll ever meet, I couldn’t recommend it more. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of my next visit.

The only slight blemish in an otherwise exceptional stay was discovering that the bed sheets had not been freshly changed upon arrival. Unfortunately, the surrounding area and nearby beach didn’t live up to the charm of the hotel itself. The beach was overcrowded and littered in places, which made it difficult to relax. More upsetting was the uncomfortable behavior we experienced from groups of men who lingered nearby, watching and approaching in ways that felt intrusive and unsettling. Despite repeatedly asking for space, new groups would take their place, leaving us feeling vulnerable and taken advantage of. We ended up leaving the beach early and chose not to return for the rest of our stay.

From their helpdesk staff to everyone at the hotel gets a 5 star. Very courteous and helpful staffs. Came here for my mom's 73 birthday and the team did a great job preparing a surprise cake for my mom's birthday, thank you guys! Rooms are spacious enough but their bathroom is very small and congested. I took my mom who is old and for her it was very tough, I know you can't do much on the structure but you know when there is 5 star tag and the expectations. Food, their breakfast buffet is sumptuous and very delicious enjoyed all the 4 days of my stay. Overall it was a good stay wish it could have been a "Great". All the best guys!!

I ordered every night from their kitchen because of convenience and preferred staying indoors. But some of their dishes didn't meet the expectations, didn't feel the worth for the money spent. For the Spa, I took the full body massage and definitely it was way below their standards. Have had better massage experience and not worth the penny. The cleaning staff did do a pretty good job everyday, but my bathroom had some small flies which went unnoticed and the lights on the ceiling had some dust collected.

Hospitality of the staff, location of the hotel in close proximity to the market and beaches. The breakfast menu and management of the live counter, their look after the guests. Property being pet friendly n not much restrictions were placed for pets.

The overall property is not spacious. The rooms allotted were pretty small. Took some time to adjust to the same. Despite the request, I could not be given any room on the first floor and the balcony also opened to the back pathway. In-room dining menu is limited and expensive. Though they provided one time tray n fridge refreshments complimentary.

The room is clean and so is the bathroom. Intially we were provided a corner room without any view but after complaining, duty manager Kunal immediately changed to a better room. Experience Manager Jagruti ensured that we have a pleasant stay and even made small decoration for birthday. The pool is very well managed and they serve food and drinks with a smile. Vishwajeet gave us the best service and it was nice experience as pool is open well past midnight. They play music all along which gives a nice vibe. The breakfast is reasonable with good choices. The food menu is not elaborated but is manageble. The pizza is good for children. The location is superb with access to beach within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thank Hyatt Ronil for taking good care.

Amazing Stay – Great Food, Lovely Staff & a Late-Night Pool! This place is one of my Goa favorites! The food is absolutely excellent (don’t miss the churros – they’re mind blowing), and the staff is warm and welcoming. Everything from the ambiance to the service is spot on. The best part? The pool stays open until 1 AM – which is such a fun, unique touch. Late-night swims, poolside sheesha, and drinks under the stars made the experience even more special. Also, the spa is so cozyyy! I’ve stayed here twice already and would happily go back again. The only downside was that during my second visit, the pool had a really loud, unpleasant crowd, which affected the vibe a bit. But otherwise, it’s been a consistently great experience. Highly recommend

- They welcome you nice, the staff are friendly. We explicitly asked during the booking for quiet room and we got it. If you don’t want to party you should do the same because there is a DJ everyday until 12-01h. - Spacious room with complementary drinks and snacks. - The mattress, pillows and sheets were extremely comfortable. - If you haven’t hire car/driver/scooter the location could not be better. Walkable distance from everything. Taxis in front of the hotel, supermarket, small shop, party street. Everything. - The breakfast had so much variety of choices and they stocked it well even before closing. It was very delicious. Continue the same way.

- They don't play almost anything other than french music in the pool area which was extremely annoying. Also on Sunday morning 11ish o’clock they have turned the volume of the music lounder than the one on Saturday. - Need to mute more than 4 sun beds on the “quiet pool”. We tried multiple times to move there but always occupied. - Party hotel (I am young person who like to party but not before late afternoon) - Very clean in general needs a little improvement on the flooring dust.

The hotel is in the heart of Baga and all places of interest are within a short walking or driving distance. The people running the show at the hotel are very helpful, be it the restaurant,pool, spa, bar and front desk especially Addi and Jagruti at front desk. We travelled with two small children and we really enjoyed our stay. We will highly recommend Ronil to people wanting to stay in Baga, Calangute vicinity in North Goa.

We liked everything at the hotel but there is an opportunity to be more environment friendly by replacing plastic water bottles provided in rooms with reusable glass bottles to reduce plastic waste.

I recently stayed at RONIL Goa for four days, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is a perfect 10/10 in every aspect. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, always greeting with a smile, and their politeness truly stood out. They were so sweet and genuinely made the days brighter with their warmth and professionalism. The resort itself is impeccably clean, and the rooms are not only comfortable but beautifully maintained. The property is lush with greenery, adorned with natural plants that add to the serene atmosphere. The swimming pool is also very clean and inviting. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety to start the day right. The location is ideal, situated on the famous TITO’s LANE, making it convenient to explore Goa’s vibrant life. The quality of service is outstanding, and every detail seems to be thoughtfully considered to enhance the guest experience. I’ve already recommended this resort to my friends, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Goa.

We visited India for the first time and were absolutely thrilled! The place is incredibly beautiful, just a 10-minute walk to the sea, and there’s a cozy little market nearby that’s perfect for an evening stroll. The hotel is simply amazing—full of atmosphere, with beautiful evening lighting and live music on weekends when the DJ plays. The room was clean, tidy, and had a well-functioning air conditioner. Bottled water was always fresh, and there was also a fridge. The food was incredibly delicious! You can order almost any dish. For breakfast, we had omelets and pancakes—everything was perfect. A special mention goes to the grilled tiger prawns and the bruschetta set—they were absolutely delightful! The food prices were quite reasonable. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help. Thank you, guys, for the warm welcome and excellent service! Of course, we left a tip and highly recommend doing the same. A special thanks to Joe—you truly deserve your place here, and we appreciate how you made our stay unforgettable! We also really enjoyed the head and foot massage—total relaxation! After that, we decided to try a back massage, and it was top-notch, done professionally. Overall, our vacation was perfect! A solid 10 out of 10, and we sincerely hope to come back again.
