Property was good, clean and comfortable. Location was good.

Front office staff (reception, travel desk) was less than forthcoming. Information about special boat trips/safaris (can’t call this a safri) was vague and costs for calling a cab to Kolkata seemed to change. Everyone chimed in an opinion to the person being asked the question. Just felt you are being taken for a ride. Not good for your brand.

Lovely grounds and helpful staff.

Loud music over the tannoy system for hours. It would have been helpful to know that the jungle boat trip should be done at low tide, preferably early morning. The staff were so eager to please that they didn't tell us that the time we chose was not good for seeing animals. (Perhaps they didn't know, but they should)

The property is great and the rooms are very spacious. We booked a suite with a Jacuzzi, although the Jacuzzi was not working, we had a comfortable stay. The food is great, swimming pool and other amneties are well maintained.

There are a lot of hidden charges, parking is not included, ferry cost is not included and the toto cost to reach the destination is not included. Don't plan the tours using their travel partner, they are very expensive and unreasonable.

A rare gem of a getaway in the middle of Sunderbans. Not very hard to get too. The sunset cruise is a sweet touch. Boat safari organized is quite un-missable as you cruise down (animals or not). Food is high quality Indian, and kid friendly Italian, Chinese. very accommodating staff.

We were not told of the extra curricular amenities very clearly, upfront and fees etc. - would have been a seamless experience else.

No info re access via ferry on booking.com. Scary for a 84 yr old but the staff there are a pro. Wifi is poor.

Food was not so good. We ordered Sonarbangla2’s special mutton curry. Mutton was half boiled and taste was horrible. Restaurant staffs were not well trined, lack of communication b/w staffs and long waiting period for food

It’s a beautiful property tastefully done - spacious, green, clean, well maintained. The restaurant food quality is excellent and reasonably priced. The service is great !

The spa is over priced. They will generate more than double the current revenue if they half the prices.

Nice hotel with many amenities (ie: for kids). Helpful staff. They organized transportation from Kolkatta (which is not easy!), also a private boat tour (good the boats can pick you from hotel). Good value for money.

Food and drinks not amazing (specially breakfast). Wifi is not always working.

Very beautifully and aesthetically done. We went there for our Anniversary. All trips were very well organized and conducted. Food was also very good.

Beautiful property, very spacious, green and quite. facilities within the property are very well managed. staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are well built with all amenities and plenty of sunlight
