Location, hospitality.

1. Bad condition of approach road to the hotel from main road. 2. No proper driver accommodation, few staffs of the hotel are negotiating with outside lodges for driver accommodation. The driver accommodation is very poor in the particular lodge. 3. Compared to the quality and quantity, cost of food in their restaurants is very high. Also they lack variety. 4. Check in and check out time is very inconvenient for a place like Taki.

Over all ambience & food quality.

Mosquitoes in wash room coming from the gap in false ceiling. The fact that can't be helped was since it's beside the BSF camp there is absolutely no mobile network for people having Vodafone connection. No wifi inside my room. My room was 103 on the ground floor. I had to go out the premises to make calls.

Almost everything. The property justifies the brand name of HSB.The checkin procedure was smooth. The room was spacious. The pool was clean and large. The food was perfectly cooked, tasty, hygienic. All the rooms are river facing. Although the left wing is closer to the river. They are building new cottages as well. The play area and garden is very big. The stuffs are polite and courteous. The breakfast spread was unbelievable. Found so many varieties in very little number of Indian hotels of this price range. Overall, a very satisfying stay. Will try their other properties too.

The provided room was not ready to checkin although it was past the schedule check-in time. The front desk people quickly gave us another room. But that room was cleaned up in hurry and parts of food from previous guests were on the floor. Occupied service did not happen untill we notified at 3PM. Restaurant one afternoon missed to note that we ordered a room service. The food was waiting for us at the restaurant, and arrived at the room after a while when it was half cold.

The location of the hotel is absolutely terrific, right beside the Ichamati river. The ambience is just superb, spawning across a very large area this resort has every sort of facility starting from well maintained lawns, kids park and a large pool. The property is well decorated and is desined with great studio lights, rooms are extremely spacious, clean and with all amenities. The rooms are designed in such a way that every room gets to have a great view of the river and the lawn and pool. Most importantly, the rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator for storing your drinks or kid's milk, so every needs of the customer has been kept in mind while designing the rooms.

Very good spread. Expecting little more effort on the part of staff to look after the needs of the guests.

Approach road. In the morning there was an offensive stink in the air.

Staff is very friendly and approachable, amazing customer service.

Very squeaky bed, no hand towel, mini fridge kept turning off (should have a separate circuit from the room key)

The location and the surrounding view was really good. The boat service right in front was a nice add on. The resort is very well maintained and ideally suited for a family getaway. The staff behavior was really good and everyone was very cooperative.

Cant think of anything.

There should have more variety. Food quality should be more worthy. The taste should be more interesting. Sufficient quantity should be given in buffet so that everybody can get.

There are so much mosquitoes outside and inside. AC was not working properly. Shower was not working in my room. Water was not passing in the basin.

The location and the decor both the outdoor and inside of the room.

Due to renovation work the view of the river got disturbed by bamboo structure from both the premium rooms on 1st floor and 2nd floor though we booked a month before our travel.Manager tried compensated to free the night.dinner and snacks .But we didn't want the free food we wanted only undisturbed river view from the room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds well maintained. The rooftop lounge excellent, the food good and the staff well mannered and helpful.

The bathroom was not up to the mark. The shower did not work in room 405.
