We checked into the Radisson on a whim to escape some of the air pollution in Delhi, and enjoyed it so much we ended up staying for 4 days. The rooms are fairly regular by western standards, but spacious and clean, and the large windows make the room an enjoyable place to be for longer periods of time. The best thing about the property is the staff - the entire staff here made us feel welcomed and supported, and were always available to help us and ensure we were comfortable and happy. The reception team especially went above and beyond, and you really feel you are in a 5 star hotel. Room service team were very attentive and on the ball, and we had some laundry done which came back perfectly. Everyone here should be proud - we will always remember our stay.

I pretty much liked everything and had a nice time. The staff was quite cordial. The Manager - Sayantika assigned to us took very good care of us and made sure we have a great stay.

I didnt really like the idea for paying for food when ordering at the room. Yes. It may the hotel's policy or industry standard but if someone has paid for the business suite in advance and orders food, they will pay while checking out. No one will run away with the money. I found it a bit offending.

This hotel was our best stay during our trip to India. The staff is amazing and so friendly, they were always ready to help us and accommodate any needs we had. The food is amazing with so many choices for breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner and that was excellent too. We spent sometime at the spa, the massage there is great and the gym is also very well equipped. Generally, it was an excellent stay!

Absolutely everything from the gate man JITENDRA to the door men MANOJ GAUTAM to Maintenance man ANNU, waiters = Mohd Tajiv and to all chefs & front of house= Chirag, DHARMENDRA, Abhinav & Sapna.0 Wow wow wow 🤩… Check in made so easy and professional. Rooms are so nice , spacious & clean. Room service everytime was incredible, quick and top class…the buffet breakfasts and dinners are so well thought out with such amazingly prepared cuisine. The pool is big and extremely clean and refreshing after a big day. The gym was fitted out with very good equipment. I could go on forever and l will only stay here from now on…amazing stay and thank you to each and every one🙏🏻

There’s nothing not to like

Breakfast was good, decent options for the price paid. The Tea was not that great, but they had nice fresh juice options which made up for that. They had extended breakfast till 11am for the weekend which was helpful too.

The shower drain in my room was not draining the water quick enough, which was resulting in water spilling into the remainder of the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door was really heavy and was tough too open and close. Considering the room was for senior citizens, this should be fixed.

We had the best stay here. Such a reasonable price for a lovely room and service. Bed was very comfy and facilities were very good and clean. The view over Delhi from our room was also great ! Breakfast was amazing, with a variety of food and drinks. The fresh fruit was lovely. As well as a buffet there was lots of made to order options. Staff were very kind and helpful. We wish we could’ve stayed another night ! Would highly recommend.

The usual Radisson feeling that one gets all around the globe. Staff were friendly, attentive and willing to help. They made up by upgrading my room some issues that I had with the room that was at first allocated to me.

The food especially on the a la carte menu could be better.

This is where the rich man’s world starts. There’s no end to where it can go but this certainly borders on luxury. For the price you pay, you get a nice room, clean linen, well fitted bathroom, nice dining experience with great staff. The staff is particularly the best part. Extremely friendly, cheerful and always ready to help.

The room we were allotted was smelling of cigarette smoke. Before I could contact the reception, the person helping us with the luggage himself arranged for it to be changed. It was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

Lots of mosquitoes were found in the Break Fast Lounge , one of the mosquito was flying in my Glass of JUICE , if you will check the CCTV photage you will find one of your staff was killing the mosquitoes with Mosquitoes Killer Racket 🫡

Breakfast was delicious, the staff were very helpful, and the room was big and comfy. The hotel is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a few very small issues: The toilet in our room had a broken flusher and the staff was a little slow to fix it. The front desk staff when we checked in also wasn't super friendly or helpful. The pool was quite nice but really cloudy, not sure if there was too much chlorine or something.
