We liked the resort form the moment we stepped in, the staff were extremely cordial. In every corner of the hotel (except the Matrix Bar), we found trained staff always present and greeting you with a genuine smile. Both the restaurants we tried were really nice, the Asian and the Indian - Patra. Food was good and we had truly fine dining experiences. The rooms were really nice, spacious and well ventilated. We extended our stay by one more night, which tells that how much we liked the property. The Spa needs a special mention, my wife tried it, it's a large format spa, I had never seen such a facility before in any resort before. I was told that the therapist was extra-ordinarily talented and trained, who knew her job very well. We also enjoyed the lobby and the golf course views.

The bar and the bar tender. Not well trained staff, seats are not comfortable, there was no complimentary chips or anything to go with the drinks, no happy hours and the options were limited. Also, we could have given a better room as the resort was empty during our stay, they didn't offer us the best room, when they had the option for that. The coffee was not that great in the cafe.

Inclusive breakfast in Cafe Resto is excellent. The staff is very helpful. The chef, Jai, was very attentive & open to improving on suggestions. Server Rahul, Kumar & Kailash went extra mile to make our time there comfortable. Chinese restaurant Ano-Tai is absolutely heavenly in taste & presentation. I wish I could say the same for their Indian restaurant Paatra. Very disappointing. Italian was very nice.

The towels kept in our suite on arrival were not clean & had oily as well as lipstick stains. The corridors were all so hot in lack of AC. Don’t know why they were not turned on.

Love the service & food! My room was super clean & their service is really commendable. I literally forgot a part of my outfit & they managed to arrange stuff for me in the same regard which was pretty sweet. Their in room dining & cafe food is yummm, all in all it was a good stay!

Breakfast was very nice, Location also very good.

The hotel still uses some old equipments and materials. Like one of the evenings we found the towels replaced to be quite old. Another day we asked for an Iron with Ironing Board which was practically a damaged one and not functioning which we got replaced. And the replacement also was not great.

Rooms were very good and spacious. And location was close to Expo centre. Coffee shop food was very good. Plus my colleagues love golf, so now they want to come back and play here

Huge room. Got me an early check in and I got a coffee and some snacks whilst I waited for the room. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

Not really the hotels fault but the air pollution can be sensed on the inside of the hotel.

Breakfast was very good, and overall ambiance were perfect.

There was nothing in particular. But I feel mettress quality could be little better, it could be little bit on a firmer side.

The whole property is excellent for anyone who loves to have a calm vacation. Staffs are so friendly and food is delicious!!

Wifi is quite poor and the IT guy from the resort said its an issue for Iphone users. The wifi signal is weak and often get disconnected to any IOS device. With my windows laptop it worked well.

The location and the expanse. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the jacuzzis in the room was a pleasant surprise.

The in room dining service was slow.

Breakfast spread is nice but very repeatitive in terms of options. We stayed 5 nights, and only minor alterations in 25% offerings in breakfast.

Price is on the higher side for business travellers.
