I booked a taxi transport from Delhi airport to the hotel. But the taxi didnt show up. Later the driver sent some screenshots of an empty airport gate to Booking.com to supposedly proof that he was there - Booking fell for it and I paid for a service that I never received. And to all travellers - good luck getting a taxi on Delhi airport in the night at 40deg C ! Booking is unable to make it work.

The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. The service and food in the restaurant were faultless. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The separate bathroom was huge. It was clean with a very spacious shower and thick towels. The hotel was a cool oasis from the outside heat. Altogether, a luxurious, comfortable and welcoming experience.

The staff are excellent, very friendly and patient. They are always ready to assist which is something uncommon in the other places I've visited. The food and drinks selection are incredible, compliments to the chef. The facilities are well maintained and clean, thank you. The room exceeded my expectation, the bed was massive and soft, the room was extremely comfortable, provided convenient amenities and just amazing. The overall experience and service was incredible, a 10/10. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you very much.

There are moments that the wifi connection was poor but it wasn't anything major. There are certain places like the pool area where it cuts, maybe the wifi connection in these parts could be stronger

Hotel has big spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lovely open areas and great swimming pool too. The breakfast is excellent

The room should have fans. The location is in a dusty area with lots of construction activities in the vicinity

Over all a very well maintained property hold the Sarovar name right on top very caring and helpful staff

Before our checkin was complete the receptionist asked us to pay upfront for our stay

The breakfast buffet was great, and the menu had some delicious international and oriental delicacies. The parking and other included things were all good. The room was spacious and had a working desk with an ethernet port for faster internet speed.
