Clean hotel and rooms but beyond the perimeter the surrounding roads were a little worn. Short distance from Ambience and that was great for me. Special mention to Miss Ruth from the restaurant, always smiling, ever busy but always ready to serve with a smile. That is a testament to great attitude for hospitality industry. Always working and busy while many stood around like fat slobs and pushing away request to others. Kudos to her attitude, something I only see in great hotels like St Regis, or Fair.mont in other countries I have been to.

Beyond hotel, surrounding not good for walking around yet due to weather

The room allotted to us was spacious and clean with a good view. Check-in was super quick and efficient and staff at reception generally friendly. We had opted for the half-board plan. Food was amazing and varied. The staff at the restaurant does get a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive yet discreet. The room attendants too were pleasant to chat with, quick in their work and provided us extra water bottles, which was great. Good air conditioning and a powerful shower.

Our room key almost always wouldn't work for the elevators when we returned daily from day-trips. This was annoying. The only other issue we encountered was when we once requested the reception for an amenity, which ultimately was never delivered to our room. There weren't too may shops, restaurants or pharmacy nearby, not that it majorly impacted our stay.

I had a perfect stay at Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their politeness and friendliness. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing, with modern amenities and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Room service was prompt, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious – a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my stay so enjoyable!

food great, location , we was right next to the gym and pool.. great as used it every day :) would like the same rooms when we come back next week! staff couldn't do enough for us:)

tv wasnt working and needed a whole new set up.. should be checked before checkin. expensive compared to Pune hotel of same standard. The fact that my colleague was male, they put everything question-wise to him each time.. get the staff thinking more 2020's !

I liked eveeything. Everytbing was nice, so I already booked this hotel for my next visit to Delhi next month. All services wefe excellent, food, housekeeping, laundry services ect ect. All personals were very very nice, i think better personals there than other more than 50 five star hotels in india, where I stayed. I liked food very much, not only me, but my foreign national wife and my son also. They started prefering indian dishes because of this hotel. I want to say thank you openly to all personals in hotel restaurant, mainly Mohan, Ajay, Abhishek, mongmin, and the personals in reception and house keeping team. Thank you all,and was glad to be with you, and enjoyed good time.

I liked everything.

BF was excellent and so was service. Cappuccinos were quickly served ( machine) and brought to your table. Food was tasty. Complimentary laundry for 2 pieces / day was a pleasant surprise for my signature room. Not advertised but informed at check in.

Airport pick- up service was good but very expensive some 5-6 times relative to the local taxi or uber prices. Otherwise, nothing else.

The staff at the Hyatt, including security, valet, and concierge, were exceptionally kind, attentive, and accommodating. Their warm hospitality truly elevated our stay and made it a memorable experience. I was initially hesitant to choose Hyatt, given a disappointing experience a few years ago, but I’m delighted to see how much they’ve improved. This visit completely restored my confidence in their commitment to providing outstanding service.

I loved it - the room was so comfortable and the most quiet time in my 2 months stay in India/Nepal, the staff super was friendly and the breakfast buffet amazing! I stayed there between 2 flights - coming from the airport it took me 1h with traffic but this was balanced out by a swift return of just 20min in the morning (as it was Sunday). Sharing this in case it's useful for other travellers coming or going to the Airport.

The head chef Mohan was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my friends one of whom was gluten intolerant and didn’t eat onion or garlic. He was fantastic!!!

1. We had to book a room for our friends earlier then originally booked and we were told by reception that they could not reserve at the desk and that they would need to book through booking.com. This was very unusual as normally you can book rooms with reception 2. I had asked reception to book a car to pick me up from Delhi airport on the 15th February. The person on reception took a picture of my flight details and advised that this would be arranged. However when I called on 24th to confirm reservation advised that nothing had been booked and so I had to make my own arrangements. Lucky that I checked as otherwise I would have been at the airport waiting!! This is not good customer service.
