It's always a pleasure to stay in this property. Goes without saying that it's made beautifully but every time I'm there, the staff's hospitality keeps getting better. Kudos to the training they get. It's evident that they really care about their customers. Visiting again super soon!

It's hard to really nitpick here but if I were to choose, then the cocktail that I had by the pool could've been better / finer considering what we were paying for the same. My sister owns a food and cocktail bar in Goa and she's self trained so we are a little finicky about the way cocktails are presented at fine places.

The staff was very professional and curteous. Kuldeep, who was at the door duty, was always very polite and even helped us take great photos of the beautiful hotel. Akash, who was on in-room service, made sure we were happy with our order and also called to make sure we got everything we wanted and then checked if we enjoyed the meal. We had room overlooking water, so it was beautiful & relaxing. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of variety. Overall, me and the kids enjoyed the stay. I do wish they had something to keep kids occupied. However, good range of TV channels were enough to keep them happy.

Superb property with beautiful greenery and water body when you enter. Feels serene and peaceful though its on a main road. Rooms have a nice garden view, and are well appointed. Bed and pillows shine. Staff is excellent, from Suman at front desk to Kuldeep who helped with luggage to the In room dining wait staff. Food is pretty good, and particularly the Indian food in In room dining was stellar. Hot water in shower was exactly the right temperature. Minibar actually had good items in it.

Could have been more luggage assistance the moment you get out of your car, this was missing, had to take my luggage myself till reception. Also, at this price point, no bathtub in the room is disappointing

Beautiful architecture, transiting the city of Gurgaon ( more like a financial district/ Tech Hub Area) close to the cultural heritage New Delhi, very convenient located just 30 minutes from International Airport, perfectly for leisure. Best to book on arrival or departure, would save you time considering the traffic jam in India. The hotel belongs to Oberoi Group, the level of hospitality this group has its incomparable, the authentic culture mixed with modern makes everything luxuriate. Great staff , friendly, attentive, from reception staff Gujeeret ( not sure if I’m writing her name correctly) , we received the most beautiful room and the great welcoming in the hotel. Nitant, a lovely presence at the Lobby Bar , very friendly and helpful. Akash, Anshul, Prakash and so many others from the staff , even though I didn’t get their names, was offering the best service , very attentive and accommodating with our needs. Very stylish, chic, charming hotel and very clean, cleaning service from room was impeccable. Good choice for breakfast, very delicious and plenty of options, variety for lunch and dinner complimented with Indian, Mediterranean and Asian Fusion cuisine.

Nothing to complain about, for our 2 nights stay everything went smooth.

The architect of the hotel, the location, the garden and interior is so elegant and beautiful. The staff of the hotel are marvelous!! Very respectful, kind, customer driven and a lot of knowledge about the hotel's USP. The food was amazing, the breakfast was also good! Lots of choices. The rooms are good, the shower was very good! The taxi service from hotel to airport was also nice! Friendly driver. Overall a wonderful stay! And a special thank you to Ibrahim for entertaining us.

- We had a room next to the bar, at night you would hear the loud music. Which they eventually turn off at a specific hour. So if you want to sleep early you would hear it. - The restaurant Saffron has live entertainment, unfortunately if you sit in the back you cannot enjoy the performance since there are pillars blocking the view.

The chef was very supportive in my partners dietary preferences. They did a great job, making it keto friendly.. Also, the quality of toiletries was great, and healthy... The service was very helpful and polite...

As your chefs are quite capable, knowledgeable, and resourceful, it would be even better if you mention this about keto , and other diets in your menu. Also,if I try to be critical, the wash basin in the bathroom was a bit too cramped, it was a bit difficult to wash hands. Rest everything was a breeze...

We stayed one night at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff were very polite and professional. One of the female staff members took our photo upon arrival to our room without explaining the reason, but later we found out she wanted to prepare a surprise for us. The room was beautifully decorated, and there was a delicious cake prepared for us. All the restaurant staff were extremely professional, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the massage here, although, unfortunately, they didn’t have a male masseur, so I couldn’t use the massage services myself. The interior, pool, and gym were all excellent and very relaxing

Unfortunately, there was no male masseur available, which meant I couldn’t use the massage services. I hope this option becomes available for all guests in the future.
