Great breakfast spread. Not too far from the airport but despite that, there could be traffic in the area. So keep an eye out on the flight time especially if your flight is during peak working hours. The property itself could use some renovation and repair. Overall a good value for money but it isn't 5 star. More like a good 4 star hotel.

The Salmon steak disk was awesome.. Room service. Breakfast is elegant.

1) The Shaving blade is horribly blunt; Hope its not a a sanitised recycled one.. Half way through the shave, it was pulling hair, no clean shave and stretching and peeling the skins.. Like how a blade behaves, after 10 shaves. 1) Was feverish, and Asked for a paracetamol (OTC med) in the reception ; They said Not available; I told even to check the first aid box, which is common.. They said No; Quite surprising; Atleast they could have guided me through or sourced it, after all it's an Over The Counter medicine.

Comfortable bed and bathroom. Good quality of food. Very kind and nice trainer at the gym who cared about us during stay on the swimming pool and gym.

We were misled into thinking that our visa had expired, while the reception staff did not read that e tourist visa validity period is 30 days from thd date of arrival in India, not dates of expiry of ETA.Embarrassing and not professional behavior of Mr. Mishra at the spa reception who pointed by finger to my fiancé to find a schedule by him on the desk to register his attendance at the gym and did not even get up from his seat and tried to turn me into his friend by asking for my contact details on Facebook and try to flirt. At the end of the stay, he ignored my fiancé and didn't say goodbye to him.

Comfortable place with a chilled vibe. Staff are friendly, the security guards are even friendlier and they safety protocols give you peace of mind. The food was a decent standard and the restaurant has a luxury feel to it. The bar was also well presented and had sports on the tv’s. My room was comfortable enough for my 3 week stay. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept in to be honest, which was a nice surprise! The room was clean with a huge window to watch the chaos of traffic unfolding outside! Location was perfect for me because I was working next door, but if you aren’t there for that, the location is ok at best. The road to it is busy and cluttered, which means any peak time travel is difficult. Again, no problem for me as I didn’t need to venture out. 24/7 room service is a blessing due to the difference in work hours to my usual UK time.

Tv was a bit tricky to work. Turns out the box that reacts to the remote was tucked behind the Tv which meant the remote didn’t work for a few days until I figured it out and moved it. There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property, although the key card continuously stopped working every couple of days which was annoying to go and get fixed. I guess my overall feeling is that the place was nice but for 5 stars rating and cost per night I didn’t feel it was quite value for money. Would stay here again no problem, but may be more value elsewhere.

Comfortable bed and quality bedding.and towels.Tea and coffee inroom is enjoyable.Friendly room staff and very efficient and helpful.Staff throughout hotel were attentive,professional and engaging.As an Australian ,it was fascinating to watch the amazing freeway from our 7 th floor window going through the Tollway.

I had an Indian friend visit the hotel and I did not know she had to register her ID.The staff member seemed abrupt with her regarding registering her, and I felt uncomfortable However,I spoke to Management the next morning about my concern and was dealt with in a professional and polite manner.

The man who signed up for massages became too familiar with us and he treated my fiance rudely when he signing up for the gym. The fridge in our room was not cooling. There was a problem with the elevator jamming due to demagnetization of the room card.

It’s right on the main road and you can see the lights of the Gurgaon delhi traffic.

The check in process was a hassle. They didn’t have the booking in their system and I had to wait for 30-45mins to get inside my room. And then when I ordered room service, they forced me to pay there and then even though I told them that I would be paying upon checking out. That has never happened to me in a good brand of hotel.

The breakfast spread is awesome - lot of options to chose from. I personally love their paneer paratha and the south indian spread. Room is very comfortable and highest level of cleanliness - It has been consistent through multiple nights of stay have done in 2024. Dinner I have had 1-2 times and the food quality and presentation is quite nice.

Comfortable bed and room, nice shower. Amazing breakfast and dinner! The pool was closed since wedding event for 3 days, however the hotel gave us compensation in return. The stuff were very nice and try to do their best.

The stuff are very nice, however I think it’s more appropriate when you give a service to focus on one person instead of few on the same time. The dining is a bit pricey.

The property was nice and clean, and it was only a 20-minute drive to the airport. We booked an Executive Room on the 8th floor, which had one full bathroom and a half bathroom (just a toilet). It also featured a walk-in wardrobe. Additionally, we received a complimentary airport drop-off shuttle.

We stayed for one night, and there was nothing noteworthy to mention.
