Excellent hotel both for comfort and for attending a congress. Very, very convenient to the airport. Highly secure. Expensive compared to local lodging, Inexpensive by international standards. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean. Water supply for showers is excellent. Front desk generally very helpful with assistance. Good buffet breakfasts and dinners. Plenty of service in the dining area. Nice selection of Indian/local along with more continental foods.

This time, I was given a room with a pool view, Balcony. Really enjoyed sitting outside. The spa has a new masseuse, Mary. The massage she gave was excellent. The chicken Kebab and pani puri at dinner, was awesome. The dining room staff is wonderful. The endless hot shower after a week of trekking, was appreciated. Highly recommend staying here. Staff is great!

The gym is excellent 👌. However, the bathroom needs a handshower to be fitted as you can not expect everyone to wash his head during bathing. And especially, woman need it badly because she always needs special washing. The food items served during breakfast and dinner (both buffet types) are great.

Only thing was that kiranshree grand receptionist handling customer bills should be well trained as I was doubled charged for my room rent but refunded after much longer time. Anyway all is well at the end I.e.yesterday 06.07.2024.

Air conditioning was really not upto the mark!!! Moreover I got my room upgraded by paying more, even then I was allocated same old price room!!!! Got it changed by showing the proof although

My stay was pleasant, with the exception of the rooms not being soundproof, leading to noise disturbances from other rooms, including snoring and the sound of children playing.

Parking area is very spacious and the Hotel staffs really prompt and helpful.

Wash basin in the bathrom needs to be changed. It looks good but water used to get spill out to the floor.

The room and overall presentation of the hotel is terrific. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The large pool, although shallow, was very welcome. The location in relation to the airport was perfect.

Not being able to have a glass of wine with dinner in the restaurant was a big strange.

Spacious rooms and really clean. The staff was extremely courteous. And the complimentary one way drop to the airport was really helpful and a very pleasant surprise.
