Service from staff in the dining hall at the Square was brilliant and wonderful. Staff lead Meristina is an extremely talented, skilled, and insightful individual who stunned us with the quality of service she provided. Hotel staff was very kind and warm. Great stay.

Would want a bathtub in the restroom please for the price we are paying. The king bed also needs to be larger to accommodate at least two people comfortably. Breakfast needs to be complimentary for the rate one is paying for the executive king suite- please try to arrange that for guests.

1. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and providing sufficient water. 2. Comfortable Beds: The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. 3. Soundproofing: The rooms were well soundproofed from outside noise, adding to the overall comfort.

F&B service needs more to smile and have guests feel more welcome! The Breakfast was good but other IRD items were oily and greasy that we found wasn't as per our prior experiences.

Staff at reception were friendly and provided exceptional service. The staff at breakfast and dinner tables were also friendly and no request was too much for them. The food options were great. For South Indian food in Assam, the options and taste were great.I forgot my Rudraksh mala and called on the way to the airport, and the staff took effort to locate it. and ensured it was handed over to a driver I organised to hand deliver at the airport. Exceptional service!

The rooms were a bit dated, and air conditioning took time to kick in. It is right on the main road but noise did not come into the room, thankfully.

Everything from the rooms, dining, food, gym, swimming pool, staff alertness and friendliness and promptness of service, this is the best hotel in Guwahati. Me and my family stays here almost twice here every year and we shall do so in future too.

The service time of food ordered at the restaurant is a bit longer as lunch ordered at noon time usually takes almost an hour to be served. Apart from this everything else is perfect.

I loved my stay in Novotel, breakfast, coffee and masala chai was awesome! The staff is very polite and supportive. The location was great. Check in and check out was smooth.

The floor of the room was wooden so made a lot sound when we walked around, especially when we had to use the bathroom in the night it disturbed the sleep of the other person.

An exceptional stay with great rooms and view. Staff was very courteous and has been very supportive to all our needs and made the stay memorable.

The food was a bit oily this time. I have stayed at this property for 6 times. This was the only time when I found the food a bit oily and salty. Just a feedback for improvement,

The entire experience was very good.

One small change, they should keep handwash dispenser on the basin slab and should be good quality. It is very hard to use. Same for shower gel, shampoo and conditooner the dispensers are extremely hard to use. Thankfully we had our own toilettries.

Clean and location very good.

I think the check in desk needs more staff and better area. It’s very congested but thanks to the Lady whose name is somewhat Banandita… ( hope I am correct) helped me or else it would have been worst

One of staff Valentina Chabungbam very hard working and very active in restaurant section and she is polite and good in hospitality. I will have cookies item again in my next visit.

Campus size i don't like it must be triple size.

I was travelling for medical purposes and the close proximity of the property to some main hospitals and clinics was a major plus point. There are shopping complexes and eateries at walkable distance as well.

No major complaints. The kettle in our room was not functioning properly. Would request management to check all appliances in the rooms and ensure that they are in working condition.
