Service from staff in the dining hall at the Square was brilliant and wonderful. Staff lead Meristina is an extremely talented, skilled, and insightful individual who stunned us with the quality of service she provided. Hotel staff was very kind and warm. Great stay.

Would want a bathtub in the restroom please for the price we are paying. The king bed also needs to be larger to accommodate at least two people comfortably. Breakfast needs to be complimentary for the rate one is paying for the executive king suite- please try to arrange that for guests.

Staff at reception were friendly and provided exceptional service. The staff at breakfast and dinner tables were also friendly and no request was too much for them. The food options were great. For South Indian food in Assam, the options and taste were great.I forgot my Rudraksh mala and called on the way to the airport, and the staff took effort to locate it. and ensured it was handed over to a driver I organised to hand deliver at the airport. Exceptional service!

The rooms were a bit dated, and air conditioning took time to kick in. It is right on the main road but noise did not come into the room, thankfully.

Everything from the rooms, dining, food, gym, swimming pool, staff alertness and friendliness and promptness of service, this is the best hotel in Guwahati. Me and my family stays here almost twice here every year and we shall do so in future too.

The service time of food ordered at the restaurant is a bit longer as lunch ordered at noon time usually takes almost an hour to be served. Apart from this everything else is perfect.

The staff was courteous, well trained, and guest-focused. All basic features for a short trip are present in the hotel. I would like to make special mention of Smita Basumatary from the housekeeping team, deployed on the 6th floor. She was extremely professional, courteous and did her job very well. Such staff define the difference between a good and an excellent hotel.

The check out experience could have been much better. The hotel should make check in and check out transactional. There are other opportunities to make sales pitches and do the standard hospitality industry sweet talk with guests. Never at the expense of people standing in the queue.

The location was convenient in the city center. The walk to the main street was enjoyable. The Hotel is very modern with a great breakfast and lunch. The Buffet spread was excellent with multi cuisine and some delicious dishes. The staff was very helpful, they catered to our needs well and promptly. The extra roll up bed was comfy too for a good night sleep. The Wifi was fast and available at most spots inside the hotel. The bar was great, catered to us even later in the night and the staff stayed back for us to finish and call it a night.

The Swimming pool was closed and we were informed about it after we changed for a plunge. Rest the facilities were well and working.

I was travelling for medical purposes and the close proximity of the property to some main hospitals and clinics was a major plus point. There are shopping complexes and eateries at walkable distance as well.

No major complaints. The kettle in our room was not functioning properly. Would request management to check all appliances in the rooms and ensure that they are in working condition.

Feel at home after busy - hectic day's work schedule. Very tasty food. Always smiling staff at all locations. Ready to help. Mery - Chef Negi - Neha & everyone there, in dinning - made the food enjoyable. Pooja - Divya - Rushika, the manager - everyone at front desk made all procedures easy - hassle free. Mr Suyash helped in arrangement for meeting. It was long stay of 5-6 days. Nicely located. Big well lit rooms.

Clean and location very good.

I think the check in desk needs more staff and better area. It’s very congested but thanks to the Lady whose name is somewhat Banandita… ( hope I am correct) helped me or else it would have been worst

The staff was one of the best.. Especially Saswati and Arun in the dinning made our life very easy. Everything was provide very fast when asked and the behavior of everyone was very cordial.

I think the reception needs to be little bigger with at least 4 check in counter.

Breakfast is very good and well spread, we had dinner buffet it was very good. I would like to compliment about the service, their service is excellent. We even got free room upgrade which is super nice. Overall it was a very comfortable stay..Keep it up and definitely we will be back.
