The Homestay is too good to be true. I have never seen such an immaculately maintained place till date. Top class accomodation with well appointed rooms and very clean washrooms with all amenities. More than worth the money spent. Lucky to get such a top class accomodation in the offer rate. The food is awesome and the menu has great variety. It seems that the owner is putting in a lot of effort to see that the guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Would love to come here and stay again and again. For me, I won't look for any other option when I have to stay in Guwahati.

There is nothing to dislike.

Good food and service. Great value for money. The place is basically three floors and each floor has similar setup of a common area and three rooms. If you are travelling with a group and taking three or more rooms then you can use the common area very well for gathering. Staff was very polite and food was very good as well.

Breakfast could have more options but was decent.

Excellent staff and facilities were top notch, one of it's kind. It's far different from other homestays in the sense that it has unique and eye-catching design, beautiful in every aspect. One glance and you can say that they truly care about how their guests feel and experience. The kitchen was amazing too. Good food, great taste all fits well with excellent presentation...like a work of art. They make stuff with passion and display with grandeur. Kudos to Mr. Sukh and Mr. Bhaskar. They have come a long way from my first stay a year ago and now soaring to great heights!

Location no argument. If you’re searching for a central location this would be good.

Parking space is a bit small . If you are planning to bring an SUV needs to consider parking a-bit difficult. I have a small SUV (bolero ) still parking area is small.

Pros: 1] Very clean rooms, bathroom and all common areas. Comfortable bed. 2] Location is good - its in a residential area but walkable from the main road. 3] Quiet and peaceful surroundings. 4] Departmental stores and pharmacist just outside the homestay. 5] Staff is very polite and cheerful at all times. 6] We were two girls travelling and because of the above factors, we felt very safe. Solo travelers can consider. 7] Breakfast was simple but good. 8] Overall value for money.

Cons: I liked my stay but these few factors made it a little inconvenient. 1) Drinking water is provided only when asked for and not refilled automatically. 2) No Electric kettle in the room so we can't heat our own drinking water as per need. 3] Only 1 drinking glass provided for 2 people staying. 3) The layout of the rooms is like an apartment - so 3 rooms with attached washroom and a common living area outside - on each floor. Unfortunately, on our last day, the other rooms had people with kids and the living area right outside our room got very noisy. Kids kept peeking in our room. However, this is out of control of the homestay and just pure bad luck.

We chose this place to be in a quiet area and it was great. We had been traveling for a month and just wanted two nights of peace and quiet. We had most of our meals at the homestay and the food was really great! We especially enjoyed a couple of their chicken dishes and I loved that there was a breakfast buffet. Jubels is clean and modern, the hot water was working great and so was the WiFi on the one day that it worked... The whole neighborhood was down on our second day, so it was by no fault of the homestay. When they heard we wanted to go shopping, two staff members took us to the market and stayed with us the whole time! They also helped us get a taxi and sort some things out online for our departure, via their private hotspot. We highly recommend Jubels!

the best part of this property is that you will be taken care of . the staff is exceptional and very helpful . totally worth the money . the food is so fresh and the cooking is home style . they do have Chinese and and indian menu . I wanted to try some local food , opted for Assamese Thali and it hit home . highly recommend this Homestay . thanks to sukh for making sure I was comfortable , got the right food and felt totally safe here .

We stayed for nearly two weeks at Jubels Homestay. The place was clean and well maintained. Staffs were friendly and even the food was quite good. We were satisfied and happy with the way they maintained the building.Mr Sukh and his friend / brother did a great job with this place. Will definitely book it again when we get the chance to visit Guwahati.

The location; the amenities; the scrumptious breakfast (veg curry, hot puris, paratha), the attentive staff. I will definitely stay at Jubels should I return to Gauhati.

Would be nice to have a hot water kettle and tea/coffee bags in the room.

What i liked about this homestay is that the rooms were neat and clean and the staffs were very hospitable. Compared to the price of the roomrent the buffet breakfast that was served was a plus point. The atmosphere inside the homestay was calm and solemn as there was no noise disrurbance from outside traffic. Though it was kind of inconviniet to park the car yet it was good that the homestay had parking space. Would definitely love to be there again and also recommend it to friends and relatives.
