My stay was excellent! I would especially like to thank Sourabh, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support. I was in touch with him over the phone before my arrival and requested two rooms next to each other, as I was traveling with my 90-year-old mother. Sourabh followed up perfectly and even gave me a call at 11:00 AM to confirm the arrangements. When we reached the hotel, one room was already ready, and the second was right next to it—just as requested. The service was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience!

Good and peaceful location. Tasty food and helpful staff.

Some parts of the hotel is under renovation, so it's a little bit noisy, But after the renovation it will become the one of the best hotel. Thank you.

Property is good .. location wise

Maintenance of property.. 2 times.. our room fuse was off.. towel at swimming pool was dirty Long waiting time at reception for getting the room as it was bot ready even at 4:00 pm

Comfortable hotel. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Clean and tidy. Food was good.

Location little far from "Har Ki Paudi" but I am more than happy to bear that as the hotel is wonderful.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very cheerful. Ms. Jaanvi was very helpful with the check in. Would love to plan a trip again.

Cost Effective and Facilities available.

There was a stale smell in the whole hotel on our arrival day. But next day they rectified by lemon grass smell.
