My stay was excellent! I would especially like to thank Sourabh, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support. I was in touch with him over the phone before my arrival and requested two rooms next to each other, as I was traveling with my 90-year-old mother. Sourabh followed up perfectly and even gave me a call at 11:00 AM to confirm the arrangements. When we reached the hotel, one room was already ready, and the second was right next to it—just as requested. The service was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience!

Good and peaceful location. Tasty food and helpful staff.

Some parts of the hotel is under renovation, so it's a little bit noisy, But after the renovation it will become the one of the best hotel. Thank you.

Location little far from "Har Ki Paudi" but I am more than happy to bear that as the hotel is wonderful.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and every time I have had a very good experience. It is a very good hotel. The staff is very good, they are nice people.

Check in was good. Staff was good. We booked taxi from resort for Ganga Aarti. Driver helped a lot to reach to exact point go Ganga Aarti. He alos suggested a veg dinner place named "Hoshiyarpuri". It was not that bad.

Swimming pool was not working. We were told that some repairing is going on, it will open tomorrow but next day upon asking, same reason was given to us. Restrooms near pool area were not clean and there was continuous water dripping in the gents restroom. Breakfast on next day was ok ok...serving staff was not unto the mark. Food served was not good in taste.

Cost Effective and Facilities available.

There was a stale smell in the whole hotel on our arrival day. But next day they rectified by lemon grass smell.

for Haridwar, this hotel was amazing. i did not know that there where good accommodation in Haridwar, i was amazed at the service from the staff and the cleanliness in the rooms. it was definitely a great stay. i enjoyed breakfast, it would definitely be the only place i will stay in if i visit Haridwar again :)

Everything was good. Breakfast and dinner buffet both were amazing at the price point we paid and we enjoyed the pool

Its the only five star property in Haridwar. Beautiful and professionally maintained.

Location is a lil out of the main city but still worth it.
