The property is located extremely close to the beach at a few minutes' walk from the room. The property is well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant serves good breakfast. The toiletries provided in the rooms are of good quality. The rooms were extremely cozy and maintained well daily. The team consisting of Nivas, Madhavi, Tejshree, Shreyash, Gulshan, Praveen and Swapnil took extremely good care of us. The chef made sure our taste buds were served well. The taste of the Solkadhi lived up to its name and touched the soul. They ensured all the comfort during our stay at the property. Always on their toes to ensure our comfort was meet. I am extremely happy to write this applauding effort for the team. I highly appreciate the support and comfort offered during our stay. Keep up the great work team.

Great location, exceptional service. Hardly anyone around. Great quality food! Perfect quiet getaway for anyone to recover from a tiring month at work.

They have very poor waste management, dumped in the side of a really nice garden. This causes dogs to congregate and a complete nuisance both night and day. Some of the room walls have water seepage. One evening we suddenly heard banging and someone was fixing the roof above our room! Although the did stop when we called. They would do well to replace some of their shower heads and fittings.

Nice service Very friendly staff and I will like to really appreciate a staff who is available whenever needed. Food quality is very good and taste is very nice. If I will visit again it would only for food taste, authentic maharashtrian dishes are available.

Mobil network it would be very hard to connect rest of world. I know Wi-Fi is available but mobile network is needed for connecting the world. Next thing would be drivers room, please make some necessary changes if you would like to.

- property location, beach is just walking distance - food was good and reasonable rate - overall service were good and satisfied

- bathroom needs upgrade, flush and tap are really out of date and not working properly - Should improve beach side facility as people usually like to stay around beach and you have amazing location - first resort I have seen where driver facility are paid, 500 per day for driver to stay. Seems they don’t like drivers ☹️

The General Manager Mr. Krishna Patil was very cooperative and helpful. The staff was very helpful. The location is fantastic and the backside opens right on the beach. Adventure sports activities are good. Landscaping is very nice inside the estate. The breakfast buffet options were good. Cleaning and room service is excellent. Digital safe is provided for safe keeping of valuables. Dapoli Murud beach is very nice and clean. Good for staying for couple of days.

The restaurant menu card prices are very high, so for authentic and reasonable priced Konkani food you can visit the nearby walking distance restaurants like Salty Sands Resorts for lunch or dinner. Frequently occurring power cuts but Hotel provides generator power backup. Tourism ecosystem is yet to be developed in the region.

The location is great. The staff is very polite and well behaved.

Food : The Food Quality is not up to the mark. Considering the rest of the resort Amenities and location, I found the food quality below par with very limited options available. Room : Although the room was pretty good but the light system need an improvement. Must provide better light system in the Rooms.

Fast check in. The staff is very courteous and the service is really fast. Food is great. Nice location. Over a value for money deal. The room service is also very efficient and speedy.

Absence of cupboards in the room. We had a three day stay and cupboard for clothes is an essential commodity.

The resort was very good, with access to the beach area. The facilities within the resort were nice and the staff was very cordial and polite.

The access to the resort could improve it was very dark at night There were no lights on the road and one was forced to confine within the resort. The restaurant breakfast options were very limited, there was no love counter to even have omlate. Even after asking was not provided with details on what to explore in dapoli, my trip of 4 days was wasted and i had to spend most of my time on the beach. Go to dapoli with research the resort would not be of much help with sightseeing or even the suggestions.

Large property with good breakfast as well as dinner. The swimming pool is nice but the private beach is quite dirty. Rooms are comfortable with good amount of space… overall good value for money Good gaming facilities. The rifle shoot, archery and zip line ride was really enjoyable.

They could maintain the beach and the gardens a little well. Need a lawn mower man to work overtime on the volleyball court. You need to keep mosquitoes at bay. Also you could do with a little bit of alcohol availability. No direction to guide a visitor to the property from the main road. Without any network other than BSNL, google map is useless. The location is quite interior with terrible roads leading to the property with no mobile network.

Staff is up to the point very helpfull , food is superb , connected to clean murud beach , you can also enjoy adventure activities - archery (10 shots / Room ). Overall a leisure stay with fun.

Locks for the room it looks good for the interior old vintage types but not smooth for access.
