The location of the hotel was one of its strongest selling points. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern design and comfortable amenities. There was ample storage space, and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The location, room, service, facilities, and food and beverage offerings were all top-notch. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel offered a range of facilities that enhanced the overall experience. These included a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa (was not operational). The food and beverage options at the hotel were excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a variety of dishes. The room service menu was diverse and offered a wide selection of dishes.

The property is well maintained, clean and the staff is very supportive and helpful , they will ensure your stay is met with the right attention to make it memorable. Location - Superb/Excellent, food is also good a bit priced but looking at the kind of service and quality that’s justified i would say.

Maybe try building a shed for the vehicles since in summers it gets really hot it would be good the park the vehicles in shed rather in the open parking space provided

This property is simply one of the best in Dapoli. It's beautiful and is located in close proximity to a few well known beaches. It has a good sea view from the in-house restaurant called citrus and the swimming pool. The cottages are also good with specious rooms and clean bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast was also decent.

The approach from the hill to the gate was a bit steep and cars with low road grip can face challenges. Parking runs out of space at times when the hotel is full.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the chef and staff at the counter was so sweet! They were taking special care for our 1 year old, they helped her with nonspicy dalkhichdi through out our stay, that too on the house. Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

The hotel is beautifully located with views of the fishing harbour and the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and food for dinner was excellent.

They could not check us out because their computers were down.

Studio Suite was good. Property is small but well maintained.

Hand towels were not provided and there were cobwebs on the balcony shed. Both were promptly attended when the Housekeeping were contacted.

Breakfast spread was good. Food was good and tasty. Staff was courteous, service was good. Rooms were clean with excellent view of sea. Overall properly, Swimming pool was well maintained.

Freshly renovated. So it’s nice. Few glitches here and there which I am sure will be smoothened off soon as staff is receptive to feedback.

Location is superb on a hill top with vast views of the ocean. Breakfast is a nice spread, warmly served. Will visit again for sure !
