I arrived as a solo traveler and this place turned out to be just the right one. I booked for a day and ended up staying for four days. This hostel is situated between Jibhi and Shoja. Imagine waking up in the mountains before you (see photo below). The food here is tasty and satisfying. Venu ji, who manages the kitchen, serves the food with such a warm smile that makes you feel at home. Shantanu, the owner can give you excellent recommendations to go around here. Yogesh, the manager was extremely warm and friendly. He gave his best to ensure that I felt comfortable. I've found my place away from home. This isn't goodbye, I'll definitely be back, and soon!!!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the stay. Not all network providers work here so ensure you carry a Jio / Airtel / BSNL sim with you if you don't have one already.

The views from the hostel were insane and food was mouth watering and specially Yogesh the host was very caring and his management skills are superb and he is anytime at your service It really makes my stay memberable.I would refer you to please visit once to this property if your coming to jibhi.

Oh, everything. The property is at one of the best locations♥️ You can have the scenic view from every corner of the stay. The host YOGESH JI is a synonym of hospitality. A man ready to help 24 by 7. Loved the nature of everyone who works there. A must to visit place💌💌

The staff was polite and extremely helpful. If there was ever an issue, they tried to sort it out immediately. The food at the restaurant was delicious. They even made food without onion and garlic on request for my mum. The rooms were comfortable and had the basic amenities like toiletries, hot water kettle, tea bags and coffee sachets. There were electric blankets as well that are a blessing on cold nights. The view from the private room's balcony is amazing. The location of Moustache Shoja is accessible (however, there's a steep climb to reach the property).

**Amazing Stay at Moustache Hostel, Shoja, Himachal Pradesh** I recently stayed at Moustache Hostel in Shoja, Himachal Pradesh, and what can I say? It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The good vibe started even before I arrived. Yogesh, the manager, was super kind and made sure I had all the info I needed to get there safely from McLeod Ganj. His guidance was spot on and made my journey so much easier. I rolled into the hostel around 6:30 AM, and wow, the place is magical. There’s this lush green mountain right in front, and the mornings are just so peaceful and serene. There’s also a waterfall about 45 minutes downhill, and you can hear the calming sound of the water no matter where you are on the property. It’s the perfect soundtrack whether you’re chilling in the common area or hanging out at the cafe. I ended up making some great friends while I was there. Our routine was pretty chill: working in the mornings, breaking for a trip to the quiet waterfall where it was just us and nature. No crowds, just pure calm. The food at the cafeteria was amazing—seriously tasty stuff. The staff, all from Himachal, were always smiling and super friendly. Their natural resting face was a smile, how awesome is that? One evening, I explored a nearby village about a 20-25 minute trek away. It’s a small place with a tiny school and about 50 residents. Apple orchards are everywhere, it’s like the Himachali version of Mumbai’s roads. The hostel’s cafe is a cozy spot with board games and painting supplies. The mountain view from there is just pure magic. I stayed in a dorm that was really well-designed, giving everyone their own space and privacy. Not your typical cramped dorm vibes at all. The bathrooms—big, clean, and super hygienic. I had some really considerate dorm mates, which made the stay even better. The staff were always approachable and ready to help with anything I needed.

I also met Shantanu, the property lessor, and the owner, both really nice and down-to-earth guys. It blew my mind to learn that the whole place was built by the owner and his family. I stayed for five nights and honestly wished I could have stayed longer. One day, a group of us from the hostel went to Raghupur Fort. It’s a 40-minute drive plus a 90-minute trek, and totally worth it. Although there were lots of nearby cafes, I didn’t bother visiting any because the views from the hostel's cafe were unbeatable. All in all, Moustache Hostel in Shoja is the kind of place where you don’t just stay, you experience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to soak in some Himachali magic. **Rating: 5/5**

Rooms were spacious. They were easily accessible. The cafe is huge and has a wonderful terrace. Staff is absolutely outstanding. We also interacted with the owners who live nearby. They were very nice and pleasant to talk to. The manager partner Yogesh is the driving force behind the lovely team. He is resourceful and interactive , gave us a lot of tips. The cafe has a large collection of books all of them worth a read. The delightful kittens are a plus and keep you entertained.

Just a feedback. The room needs functional chappals. It also can benefit from a space for hangers. Food can have more variety. Specially local cuisine. Rest is outstanding.
