The staff were great, very polite and friendly and helpful. The restaurants in the premises are very good too and a convenient option to have. The tea coffee facility in the room was a Great too. They also have a tours office which makes sightseeing very easy. The greenery around the hotel was very pleasing too. The bathroom fixtures could be refreshed. It wasn't an issue for me. Couldn't open the curtains as the room overlooked a very dusty and rubbish strewn side lane. Lots of stray dogs fighting in the lane also woke me up a couple of times at night.

In terms of Room, Service, Facilities and Staff Malligi pleasantly surprised us. The staff responded swiftly and cordially to our requests whenever confused and provided sensible recommendations whenever asked. The Parking was huge, covered and ample. Malligi's location to the sights of Hampi was very convenient and a big plus since it rained heavily. Rooms were great and very comfortable. The Power switchover to DG is not seamless and can be improved.

The food could have been better. The buffet could have been better executed. Some of the items were substandard and we pointed it out like - unwashed boiled eggs. The elevator capacity can be increased.

It’s easily accessible and quite well kept. The staff were courteous and offered their help whenever there is a need.

The parking space is at the rear and doesn’t have a closure so cars are under open sky exposed to blazing sun all day long. Since the hotel is spot for a lot of local functions and gatherings getting a space to park your car becomes difficult and parking guards and executives ask us to park cars on the opposite site that is rented by the property. Worst experience is to hear them say the parking space at the front of reception is for VIP and other guests but not for those who pay premium for the stay in Suites like me. This is disappointing so would suggest the property owners to please have this addressed

The hotel is currently being refurbished. Our suite on the 4th floor was really good. Everything was new and top quality and the control systems in the room were something else. The pool was good, as was the restaurant. They have a bar and you can get beer or wine in the restaurant. There is also a nice garden in the centre of the newer building. It was really good value for money. Some areas are still being worked on and I am pleased we didn't have one of the older rooms. Fortunately the work did not affect us in any way. As for location, you are in the town which doesn't have much to offer, but you are close to Hampi.

The Malligi hotel was a completely luxury experience and is easily the nicest property we have stayed at in India. The design of the hotel is beautiful with scenic gardens and design. We ate at two of the restaurants on site and both were excellent with lovely food at very reasonable prices. The room was huge with comfy beds and a large tv with hundreds of channels. The shower constantly had hot water and the bathroom came with a large selection of toiletries included. Easy access to Hampi from her as well. Breakfast buffet every day with lots of selection. Nice swimming pool available as well. Very helpful and friendly staff always on hand to assist. For the price we paid this is up there with hotels anywhwere in the world.

Excellent place to stay for those visiting Hampi. Staff is super courteous, caring and extremely helpful. The rooms are larger than you would expect. Plenty of options inside property to choose from for food. Located in heart of the town makes it very convenient. A big thumbs up to Shubhash and others in the restaurant. The cleaning staff is too good. I would rate this place more than any five star places.

A very nice property well located within Hospete, close to Hampi. The central open area has a lovely garden, lotus pond and fountain. Rooms are large, and clean. Bathtoom also was very clean. Choose rooms on a higer floor - ground floor windows are very close to boundary wall, so no light comes in and it is not very clean on that side. Service was courteous, but a little slow. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Our room was in the newly constructed block and hence had the latest gadgets related to home automation. The room was spacious, clean, and was stocked with drinking water. The room was cleaned and fresh linen were provided everyday The breakfast spread is South Indian. For lunch and dinner, pan-India cuisine was served. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The entire staff were polite and courteous. Mani, from the front desk, deserves a special mention. The hotel also has a travel desk in its premises and they helped us in arranging cabs for sight seeing trips to Hampi and Badami.

We book the room online on 3 may, But when we arrived on 30 th may one who were in the reception argued with me that we booked the room only two days ago, this situation made me tense, that we were traveled all the way from kerala as a whole family, any way he gave permission to stay,🙏 thanks. Please tell those who manage the front office, deal with someone came to you softly ❤, and don't judge anyone on their first look😜

The suite rooms were spacious and comfy. The property is close to the main attractions in Hampi. The food at both restaurants was good. Had dinner at Blue Mist one night and enjoyed the South Indian food.

Had an issue with the AC one night, though it was resolved the next day upon complaining. The service at Temptations restaurant could’ve been better. They need a strong floor manager to ensure that the servers are providing timely service and taking good care of the guests. A Bengali guy (can’t recall his name) took care of us when we were getting frustrated. The breakfast buffet was good, but they served the same spread every day. I stayed for 3 days, and it would’ve been good to see some variety.
