Room is ok in size and all

The cleanliness was very bad and the person took extra money from me, strating that we can't provide you room for the booking price if you want to you cancel, then asked me for extra money once I gave 150 rupees more he assigned room for me, this is my first experience was pathetic, then I took water bottle from the hotel he don't have change to give me back, again imagine how the service was and in front of me Hemant money from another 5 to 6 people, regarding this i sent mail but which is going somewhere else

Lousy Stay in a dirty environment. Could not stay there for another night despite advance payment, which they refused to refund. No breakfast served . Facilities - Dirty linen , dirty room , dirty bath room and dusty environment. Cleanliness: no concept , I suppose Comfort : Zero except AC Value for Money : one out of ten Location : entrance through a narrow alley Never seen such an OYO ROOM . Recommended for None. I have been with Booking.com for more than 10 years with excellent services & experience. This was perhaps a nightmare. Request the authorities to kindly get the refund for one night from the owners of this particular OYO ROOMS. Hope to receive a positive response.
