The customer friendly staff including the security guys at the gate and the hotel entrance. The Housekeeping guys even got the bed changed to a hard mattress to suit my wife's back which isn't comfortable with soft beds and pillows

The connectivity to the city and the food prices could have been less pricey considering there were no other choices/ eating joints nearby

I love the staff and management's very helpful and cooperative and house keeping staff mainly very honest

All the staff location food over all its not 5* rating more then that

Room size the only thing is room size . Room size is not matching with price . Actually it is 3 star property and Tarif is near about to 4 star
