Well spread out.THe families with children enjoyed the most. There could be a bit more options for the visitors from overseas and people who cannot eat spicy foods since the foods were prepared in the Authentic Andhra cusine which is quite spicy and hot by usual standards. The restautrant staff was extremely helpful and accomodative for the individual choices.

The rooms we booked were large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. My 2-year-old son absolutely loved the room for this reason as he could just run around everywhere. All my family members loved the rooms as well. The hotel had a very good gym, which was well maintained and had all the equipment that you expect in a proper gym anywhere. A very good gym trainer to help out was an additional plus. The food in the hotel was fairly good as well and there was great connectivity from the hotel to the main Ramoji City central area, which made it very easy to come and go from the hotel to the main area as required. Would definitely recommend the hotel to folks who are planning to stay over at Ramoji for a day or more.

Will be great if the hotel can build a small play area for kids, either indoor or outdoor, as that will be a great way to engage tiny tots up to 5-6 years of age. Plenty of families with young kids come here, so they'll all enjoy this experience even more.

The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety of options with Indian and Continental pieces. The staff was helpful and caring to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Initially, we had rooms where the Air Conditioning did not work. Everything was fine once we shifted to different rooms. The staff was very helpful!

The staff from front desk (Receptionists and Cashiers) Door Opening Staff and Restaurant staff and many other staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ms Bintu (Receptionist) who was very helpful during our stay.

Convenient location Within the Ramoji Film City, extremely helpful hotel staff. Pick up and drop to eureka area for hotel guests. Buffet breakfast spread is superb. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Rear side views don’t have a great view.

The property is well maintained, maybe 8 gardens are there very well maintained,super class. Breakfast is very good.worth visiting place.

(This property is located in the mid of film city, there is another property nearby too) We stayed here for one night as we booked Ramoji film city day tour package for the next day, reached the location by car the previous day evening, this property has partially covered parking, food at the restaurant is good but costly. Better to book breakfast included. We enjoyed the evening lightings in Film city as it was winter fest time, you can walk around the film city as you are already inside the film city. The next day morning we checked out and loaded the languages in the car (there are facilities to store the languages in the hotel itself) and the Film city tour bus picked us from the hotel itself. (Hotel appointed person for film city ticket issue was too busy to address the guests, we waited so long to get some info, maybe hotel need to add few more staffs during festive time), after completing the day tour we came back to the hotel, refreshed, and then headed back to our next destination. I tried booking this hotel from the Ramoji website, but it was way too costly as it includes the Film city tour tickets too, so decided to book the hotel alone from booking.com and purchased the film city tickets from the Ramoji website directly, saving around 10k in total. If you decide to stay inside Hyderabad city, you may need to spend 1.5 hours to reach Ramoji film city, which won't be good with kids.

If the hotel had more staff would have been good, during the festive season the traffic in the lobby is high, and a lot of chaos (check-ins and check-outs), it may look like a small airport lobby During my checkout, the staff wasn't able to give me the bill stating that the GST bill is not working and he promised me that he will email me, it is been 20 days now, but they did not send me yet.

Private vehicle is not allowed from the hotel to several places in the Ramoji film city we are compelled to take the loop shuttle bus and early closure of film city attractions by 5.30 pm . They allow only DSLR camera with fixed 50 mm standard lens to film city attractions
