I liked everything of this hotel. The location right on the highway, accessibility is very good. Ambience of the hotel is good. Rooms are very good and bathrooms are clean. Food is also good. Lots of options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also specially I want to mention their midnight meal which really helps in an area like Igatpuri. Their room service is also very nice. Also they provide complimentary evening snacks with some outdoor activities which is also quite interesting. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would strongly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

The only concern I felt are the floors outside the hotel during rainy season. They are too slippery. And if you don't give attention properly or if childrens are running then definately it's a matter of concern. The hotel authorities should definately look into the same and find some alternative solutions like putting some grass type mat there so that people don't slip and fall down.

The rooms were clean, the staff was cordial. The hotel also conducted games in the evening to keep the guests engaged. We had reached much earlier than the check-in time but they helped us in acquiring the room at the earliest.

There was a huge traffic for breakfast in the morning and there is a good waiting time for the guests to get a table. Also, common things like tea/ coffee gets exhausted and there is a waiting time. I think the management is aware of these and they should work on improving the waiting time.

Everything. It was a perfect stay with all the comfort one needs on their Holiday.

The restaurant nearby called Spice Dellia, they put a lot of pressure on us to order our food, although we were at our table by 10:15 pm. Most of the dishes weren't available from the menu which were quite basic ones and not even something special. The jeera rice we ordered had a piece of butter paper in it. I called the lady who served us she quickly took away the bowl and never came back to even ask. I called her and her reply was "I haven't put the paper in the rice bowl" which was rude. Ofcourse she hasn't put it but at least she would have called her manager. Negligence, especially with food is not acceptable. Very disappointing. Overall our dinner wasnt enjoyable at this restaurant.

The rooms were large and spacious and the bed and bathroom linen were spotlessly clean. Another upside was that the air conditioning actually worked! Most hotels cut off the air conditioning below a certain temperature to save on costs, so even if you set the temperature at say 21 degrees the room rarely cools below 24 degrees.

They have a restaurant where both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is served at breakfast, but they insist on serving non vegetarian meals other than breakfast only in the customer's room. Its another matter that we were served our meals in the restaurant after we insisted on the same. Why would the hotel insist on serving non vegetarian meals in the room if they can serve non vegetarian meals at breakfast? As a hotel resident, I have no desire to have my room smelling of food odors. The table mats and the chair covers at the Melange restaurant could do with a wash and the non vegetarian breakfast was limited to just eggs and chicken sausages for the 3 days of our stay.

Good room size the one we stayed in, well maintained and clean. Housekeeping, room service, room dining was prompt and very cooperative. All non smoking rooms and convenient smoking areas between floors. Looks like almost all rooms have good unobstructed views. Breakfast spread is okay and service is pretty good on weekdays, not so much with weekend rush.

Open parking, car gets very hot especially summer afternoon.

Electricity fluctuation is too much and we have to sleep without AC for every time after 120 seconds to stand up and ON the switch of AC (howz that possible while night sleeping) we were expecting some cool games zone + dance room for space is enough, can arrange for space is too much to make it.

I had to repeatedly call the room service and reception to sort out the brightness of the tv. From noon i started calling them but till night 9 i had to call them but the person came at 9.30 and still was not able to sort the brightness in the tv. Very very dissatisfied with this service.

The staff were all very polite, courteous and helpful. The cleanliness of the property (even at the peak of monsoon) was noteworthy. Our room was spacious; would have loved it we could open the balcony window. The food was excellent - I would rate the quality and taste both as 10/10.

The aircon was preset to a lower temperature limit of 22 degrees, which resulted in us feeling hot under the thick comforter. So either letting us reduce the temperature or a thinner comforter/sheet would have helped.

The room was comfortable, the amenities were good and the atmosphere was nice and quiet.

Service was slow, breakfast was never delivered to my room even though I paid for it. Complimentary tea time was not compensated. The staff was very polite and friendly, but wish the service was more on point.

Breakfast was excellent, location was also nice. Room was very nit and clean and specious. Bathroom was very clean and Higgins maintained. Staff was also very good.

Here I wanted to say that premium room stay should have some kind of free snacks for the guest. Also want to mention that the property should have more game like billiard (Pool Table) for adult as well.
