Location wise the hotel is convenient. The staffs are polite, cooperative & good. Deluxe room is good for only 2 person if you are traveling with family go for Triple executive room else it won't suffice.

We didn't like behaviour & attitude of the owner. The staffs are far better than him. We have extended our stay for 2-3 days for which the owner has asked us instead of paying to the site we can pay him directly without any concession. Since we were new to the city to avoid circumstances we have paid him directly. Also he has asked not give poor rating. There wasn't any toilet papers, hot kettle though it was mentioned on site also most of the door locks weren't functioning properly. After requesting a lot than they have arranged a hot kettle. They have not updated their menu card for food & without prior intimation they charged us additionally while checking out. You can't get hot water for shower before 7-7:30 am. & also no tea/coffee before 8-8:30 am.

Staff was very nice and attentive, breakfast was great, view of the room was amazing! I loved the bedsheets, super comfy and u had a proper blanket. It was like a hut on a rooftop, really liked that:)

Liked the staff and service, response was very quick. They helped us with our every request. The rooms were big and had a nice interior decor. Good lighting. Gives premium look. AC was working well. The Aloo Paratha in Breakfast was very good.

Charged 500 Rs extra per room for early check-in. The rooms have a smell and AC needs to be kept on. There are no windows. The faucets are leaky, saw this in many rooms. Ants and cockroaches were another let down. The sheets though clean, were stained. Poha, Samosa and Chai everything was too sweet, so be cautious while ordering if one is a diabetic.

The hotel is located in a happening place with many food and tea joints around it. The rooms were good and the breakfast served was also good. The parking is in open in front of the hotel but safe. Just downstairs from the hotel you can find good tea, snacks, fast food etc. The hotel is bit unrecognisable from the outside so look closely.
