Great location, close to the railway station and within easy reach of shopping malls, ATMs, etc. Taxi and auto options plentiful. Good buffet breakfast, although small range, but usually with South and North Indian options everyday and tasty. Room was clean, of good size and had adequate storage. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The entire hotel has only one size of pillow (thick). People with neck or spine problems can only get a rolled up towel as an alternative. This is completely unacceptable. It would cost the Hotel very little to have a stock of thin pillows.

Breakfast had limited options but tasty. Because we were around the holiday period (holi), staff was limited so there were delays in getting refills, tea or coffee

The hotel didn't have their first aid box updated with some essential items, which i think they can get

Hotel Winway needs improving the breakfast and dinner menu.It need to be more tastier..Doa idli upma need an improvement

Property is not well known brand but still hotel is maintained as brand hotel. Very clean, staff was good. Room was well equipped with all required amenities. Breakfast test was one of the best.

Breakfast was good but very limited. Looking for 4 star hotel should have more items and choice. Still test was one of the best so no major complaints.

One chair in room, small face towel was not provided , dental and shaving kit were not provided spontaneously ( although they provided all tohse when asked to reception)

Hotel location : Good. Quite centrally located and within reach of the places we wanted to visit. Staff : Courteous and helpful. If you can speak Hindi...would be an advantage !! But.... special mention about Jim Kumar Borah their Front Office Manager.... extremely professional, polite, very well spoken (yes... in English) and helpful. He ensured our stay was comfortable and nice. Thank you.

Reception staff appear to be in some sort of confusion.... the lady gave us a Standard room when we had pre-booked a Deluxe Room !! Based on our padt experience at another property, we asked her which room she was giving us...she calmly said Standard Room... when we asked her to recheck our reservation... there was a flutter and the manager stepped in to ensure we got the right room !! So... please confirm this while checking in !!
