I had come to this city for an important business meeting and was a little worried about how things would go. From the moment I checked in, the staff made everything so easy for me. They quickly arranged a clean, comfortable room where I could prepare my presentation peacefully. Next morning, I needed some prints urgently and didn't know where to go, but the reception team immediately guided me and even helped me get it done on time. The breakfast was served on time, which really saved me before rushing to the meeting. Thanks to their support and smooth facilities, my stay was stress-free and I could fully focus on my work. This hotel is not just about rooms and food, it's about people who genuinely care about your comfort. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my recent stay at PTC Hotel. First and foremost, I found the staff to be exceptionally nice and friendly, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable environment. I particularly appreciated the availability of 24-hour hot water and the fact that every room has a geyser, which added to the convenience of my stay. Overall, I believe that PTC Hotel offers great value for money. It was truly a nice stay, and I want to thank everyone involved for their outstanding service.

The rooms were big and clean. The overall stay was good. The staff was cooperative and helped in every way. The food was good and priced well. Location is good (5-10mins walk from Indore Railway Station).

Location is a bit confusing. The outside building is old and scary. However, once you reach 5th floor, the hotel starts, which is well kept. The hotel staff is bit slow and took time to bring the order but food was good.

My stay here was really good. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked fine. The staff were friendly and always checked if I needed anything. The place has a nice vibe, and it felt safe and homely. Food options could be a bit better, but overall I enjoyed my time and would happily come back.

Hotel ka experience bahut accha raha. Room clean aur comfortable tha, staff bhi friendly tha aur har request pe turant help karte the. Location bhi convenient hai, aas paas sab facilities easily mil jaati hain. Khana bhi tasty tha. Overall stay kaafi accha laga, definitely recommend everyone.

location of the Hotel is very good, i enjoyed my stay all the staff member were very supportive they guided me for omkareshwar temple vist and they also shared me some good places to vist in near by the hotel location like 56market, zoo for my kids. best hotel for stay in indore👌😊

Great experience staying in thish hotel. Excellent location very near and walking distance to shopping area and local restaurants we was lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with window, and staff is very helpful
