The restaurant was good. There were many options. The staff was exceedingly good; we remember the names of Mr Manoj, Ms Preeti and Ms Arti; all of them were very helpful. The Wi-Fi was good. It worked throughout our stay without a let up.

The location was not convenient for walking around. There are no shopping facilities nearby. There was no tourist desk to help arranging tours to places. We had to do it ourselves. With limited local advice it took a few hours of our valuable vacation time. We had to ask for hand towels on three occasions. They were promptly provided, of course. For the two of us only one room key was given. We faced difficulties and requested a second which was promptly provided. The first two days we had to reactivate the room key in the evenings. Upon our request, they helped them active till the end of our stay.

The manager of the hotel was extremely nice. Although there was some goof up by booking.com and front desk tram was struggling to give us late checkout he qui kly intervened and gave us a late checking with late check out Later on when we had dinner at kava restaurant even though it was full house but kumkum and saijee made us comfortable for my old mother in law and two kids along with my wife servingbus good food and even though buffets closed then ensured we had out sweet dish as well

Housekeeping could have been better Toiletries had to be asked in the rooms which should have been provided

The crew was excellent and attentive, always ensuring a great experience. Balweer and Ms. Kumkum did an outstanding job serving fresh food and delivering exceptional customer service. Mr. Amit was fantastic, always available to address any questions or concerns. Additionally, the sous chef, Manoj, provided great food that enhanced the overall dining experience. Thank you to entire team for making this a memorable trip for me.

Booked for Breakfast and Dinner both Breakfast suits kind of taste of people staying there, showcasing the local cuisine like Jalebi, Poha besides few international dishes, they may add u more fruits, dry fruits and healthy dishes to suit the taste of people staying for long. They also put the option, if you do not like the food or want to eat something else would cook for you, hotel is friendly to customize the menu for the kids. Dinner I could see seasonal vegetable which is not very common in star hotels, I enjoyed the food and hospitality

I liked every thing however, I can suggest they may add complimentary airport pickup and drop services for the guests who are going to stay for 3 days or more.

The spread was good and covered needs of all age groups and preferences. Food quality was good and tasted delicious. The staff was humble and attended the guests with warm gesture. Special shout out to Jenny, Priti and Kumkum for their outstanding hospitality. We will definitely stay at Fairfield in case we are visiting Indore again.

The exit formalities are slightly confusing and could be better if the finance part is explained properly.

The staff - Shubham (who joined recently), manager - Rahul and other staff members like Prince were extremely helpful! The property was in a good location and was clean!

There are no hair dryers, no iron boxes, the food was crappy during the NYE 2025 party! A lot of things didn’t go right on the NYE 2025 party and it was a super disappointing experience!

Clean rooms. Room services. Food. To summarise the best was Professionally trained and energetic staff.

The breakfast buffet tables could be arranged in single row. Terrace is under utilised. Space in front of lift is also under utilised. In short relook is seriously needed and restaurant decore needs upgrade.

Sumana Ghosh , Niladri Chakarborty, Akash roy and Megha Banerjee were very polite and professional. Please rate all of them 5 out of 5. This is one of the best hotels in Indore. Being a 4 star hotel, it is way better than few 5 star hotels in India . We genuinely loved our stay. Also the room cleaning staffs were too decent. One of them was a girl and she was very sweet and polite. The rest of the room cleaning staffs were also good. Rate the room cleaning staffs 5 out of 5 on behalf of us.

Professional and friendly staff, Food is just out of this world, great menu and other features, cleanliness is great and room cleaning is efficient. Service is 24X7 for food, which is very convenient. The location is awesome and just a walking distance to everything. Has good security measures. Bed is very comfy and the Air Conditioning features are great. Washroom is nice.

Sometimes overpriced for certain things like laundry (ridiculously priced) and other things like beverages, etc.

The staff at the property is very supportive from front office we got some exceptional support from Megha, Niladari, Amit, Sumona, Priyanka. from the kitchen Rajan was very kind as he personally remembered that I liked dosa. our favorite being Kumkum from the restaurant along with Chandan, Salge and Saloni. I remember these names because they remembered us and our preferences and made the stay very homely. A huge shout out to Tushar for maintaining that busy restaurant with passion and smile. Kumkum, Megha, Niladari and Tushar actually went out of their way to support our needs. like arranging salt less meals for us, or organizing a vehichle when there was no car avaialble. they are all solution oriented that is what we liked the most about the staff here.

May be they can find a way of how to get rid of the local liqour shop next door 😀 that is the only thing that I can think of.
